No. WR is the hardest position to compare against other eras. Lofton- Reed-Beebe was pretty good. If they only knew how good Tasker was when they had these guys.

I like McD and I don't care if he claps, even after we make a bad play. He is a positive force, a motivator, and he has his players backs.

Of course we need to see more games but I liked what I saw from Brown, Singletary, Oliver, and Sweeney/Knox. Singletary and Brown were especially good today. All the offensive lineman need more games make any kind of decision on. I think that Morse got pushed back at times and he botched a snap that Allen has to carry as a fumble. Beasley made a few plays but also had two drops and the pick 6 is mostly on him IMO.

He knows dam well how the players have acted on the sidelines on this team over the last 20 years. He knew exactly what the caller meant but he choses to be a dick. He said his condescending smart ass stuff because he does not want to say something positive. I just turned his show off. I hate that he is on the air after the games. He is terrible and he ruins the post game just by his existence. But of YOU like him ...

@Shaw66 Great post! I have not have this kind of anticipation for a football season in 20 years. I hope we have a few superstars in the making on this roster because that is what it takes to consistently win in the NFL. Maybe we do.

They sure do need 10 on OL when both Morse and Spain are injured. I’m pretty sure Beane and McD know more than you do about it.

Punter is an issue and I worry just as much about the holder. Hauska needs someone reliable.
