  1. I didn’t mind the TD but I don’t understand the need to go for 2 either. Yes, mathematically 17 would be a 3 score game but there was not enough time to get even 2 scores. Other than that we will see them next year.
  2. I went to the game. Long day, started tailgating at 9:00. Was out in the drizzle for hours. The first half was not good for the offense. The guards are really not playing very good right now. Lots of shuffling of personal led to missed assignments. I had the binoculars on them a lot. The second half Allen showed why he is a franchise QB. The defense was good. This game was a testament that every game in the NFL is hard. The Jets beat the Bengals. The Steelers beat the Browns. The Pats* beat the Chargers. The Saints beat the Bucs. I am pleased we were able to right the ship and get the W.
  3. I’ll be heading to the game soon. Tail gate early with Covid check requiring you line up early to get in the stadium. Go Bills !
  4. Social media gives a platform for a lot of bad things. Players posting on social media about their fans is an example of it.
  5. So do you bench Sanders or Beasley? Knox or a RB? Diggs?
  6. Great video and thanks for posting. I miss the simplicity of those times.
  7. I don’t think all of our interior OL sucks. That said, I wanted them to use the 2nd pick to address a stud OG. That will have to happen next year. We have our team in place and the coaches need to coach up the OL that we have and put the offense in a position to succeed. We have brought our team to the party.
  8. No. Despite the standings and some obvious bottom feeders, every game is a challenge. Every game requires you have a good game plan execute the plan. They will be challenged from week to week.
  9. Dehaven’s plan might burn 6 to 8 seconds. If Johnson gets picked, or takes a sack, or we get a penalty we have no time outs and then we can discuss why he didn’t just kick for 3.
  10. Does not really matter. We kicked off and they had time for the play. The mid range kick was not a great idea either. Kick it deep or squib kick it. 20/20 hindsight helps a lot.
  11. I am not sensitive about it but I don’t laugh at it either. It pains me to see it. Ten years of terrible hockey, no identity, and a dead arena - pretty much wipes out a generation of young fans. I sure hope Adams and Granato are the answer.
  12. I am surprised at how many Bills fans are not Sabres fans at all. Not even casual fans. Ten years of the Sabres sucking has taken a big toll but I thought Buffalo fans in general had a higher level of loyalty? In the Sabres 40 years prior to the Pegula reign, the Sabres were the better run and more consistent franchise, especially when under The Knox Family.
  13. Agree but you do know that if the RPO failed everyone would ask why not sneak it for 6 inches? Allen converted every QB sneak up to that time (one exception was a fumbled snap). The Left side of the OL failed.
  14. Big time changes are not needed but as you stated a few improvements in the trenches are needed. The middle of the OL and and middle of the DL needs a dominant and talented beast.
  15. Great numbers indeed. But Einstein should know that decision making is also important and not always reflected on the stat sheet. That 2nd last drive could have iced the game. You have to take what’s given and be patient. Allen is still learning.
  16. Everything seemed rushed to me. The run out of bounds, I thought he made it, the replay was hard to follow, there was no review which surprised me. The 4th down play started with shotgun, then under center. I think this may have helped Tennessee, they had to play the sneak. The blocking on the left side was not there. Allen went left and slipped on his own - that may have been because the o-line collapsed. ? Vrabel never stopped the clock so he was playing to defend the 3 points or force a tie and OT. They made the big play, we didn’t.
  17. Bad loss? The red zone failures came back to haunt but still it was a 3 point road loss on MNF. We traded blow for blow with them. We were inches from victory. We just missed on a few plays that were there. We were not going to be undefeated and now is NOT the best time to peak. We will be fine. Trust the process.
  18. I was putting this on my wife. She didn’t cheer enough.
  19. I felt like they sounded like they were the Titans announcers. Seriously, Riddick (or whoever he is) was focused on the Titans defense when we had the ball, and the Titans offense when they had the ball. The ESPN crew was boring. MNF is a far cry from the days of Howard, Giff, and Dandy Don.
  20. Well, 6 inches gets you a few more plays. I’ll bet if they tried to score and failed a lot of people would cry about the 6 inches. Bottom line is our OL got pushed back on the left side. Yes Allen slipped but there was nothing there in the way of a push.
  21. Tampa does not have Henry. Big difference. Tampa presents many other problems though.
  22. Let’s stop the special team penalties.
  23. Wrong! 1. A holding call on a guy 20 yards behind the play which nullified the game winning Kick off return. 2. Later that drive a failed QB sneak on 4 and 6 inches.
