Great video highlighting women working for the Bills
Bob in STL replied to One Buffalo's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The Jills were never part of the Buffalo Bills organization. Always a separate entity, and one fraught with issues. It is a new world. Today Cheerleading is a competitive sport of its own and it includes male cheerleaders, at least in high school and college. The connotations on cheerleading are typically negative but that is unfair. Be careful with your assumptions about Kim and cheerleading . Kim herself was a high school cheerleader, who knows what she thinks about it or if she cares about it at all. From wikipedia: She was brought to the United States and there adopted by Ralph and Marilyn Kerr on December 30, 1974. She grew up with her adopted family in Fairport, New York, a suburb of Rochester.[2] Kim participated in cheerleading and the school band, playing bassoon. After following her brothers' footsteps in enrolling at Houghton College, she and a roommate made plans to venture to Alaska to work near a fishing camp upon hearing there was money to be made. Unable to afford the fare, she applied for work at a restaurant in Olean, New York; while interviewing for a waitressing gig, she met Terry Pegula, who was dining at the restaurant. Terry offered her a job at his natural gas company, and they eventually entered a relationship, marrying in 1993. No mention of earning a degree or any the jobs she did for said natural gas company but no doubt she is a sharp person and has been involved in big business with Terry for a long time. I am pulling for her and Terry. They are really helping the City of Buffalo. -

I laughed out loud at the samwiches comment. More so for the word “samwiches” as it reminded of a friend way back when I was a kid. He said that a lot. Anyway, you cannot make jokes about certain subjects today. No joking allowed. Besides, it’s just best to stick to football on football forums, hockey on hockey forums, etc. Go Bills! -

Pats can keep their rings; I'll take the Bills
Bob in STL replied to Shaw66's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I agree with Shaw but let’s be clear, every team has drafted and acquired players that were known “bad” guys with hope of rehabilitation. Maybe the Pats* more than most. Let’s not forget that Bills were in discussions with this creep’s agent. Where Shaw is 100% correct is the cheating. I’m betting we don’t even know the half of it either. As for the owner. Any guy in his position, at this point in his life, that takes a poor $79 prostitute is amoral. While I doubt he was directly involved in trafficking, his choice to exploit the poor, uneducated, and desperate make him a low life in my opinion. I could not see Ralph or Terry doing such a thing and would not support them if I knew that they did. -
Singletary had the biggest impact.

Allen's 4th fourth quarter comeback
Bob in STL replied to Hebert19's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Allen just has a hard time getting any credit with the national media and even with many Bills fans. 12 games in and he is doing ok. Definitely an athlete and a leader. He just needs to consistently deliver the ball and cut down on errors. Remember a young Brett Farve. Same kind of player and he did ok. One fumble was on a sack, he needed to protect the ball. The second fumble was a terrible snap, he never got the ball. The Pick -6 was on Beasley. The other pick was a batted ball - bad bounce. He had two other "pickable" balls that fortunately the Jets missed. Yet he had a 308 yard game with 2 TDs. He threw for 270 yards and one TD, he ran for 38 yards and a TD. Despite most things going wrong for three quarters he LEADS HIS TEAM to a road win when down 16-0. That should be the story but with the majority of the media will likely be more focused on his errors. He slightly outplayed Darnold while in a more difficult environment- 50 replies

Rich Gannon: not a great color guy

Gannon is nothing special. Romo is very good. -
[Name Only Title] Sean McDermott

I like McD and I don't care if he claps, even after we make a bad play. He is a positive force, a motivator, and he has his players backs. -
Off-Season moves grade week 1
Bob in STL replied to Dadonkadonk's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Of course we need to see more games but I liked what I saw from Brown, Singletary, Oliver, and Sweeney/Knox. Singletary and Brown were especially good today. All the offensive lineman need more games make any kind of decision on. I think that Morse got pushed back at times and he botched a snap that Allen has to carry as a fumble. Beasley made a few plays but also had two drops and the pick 6 is mostly on him IMO. -
Count me in. Stuck with Josh and even posted -- "Josh this is YOUR TIME" in the 2nd half thread.

He knows dam well how the players have acted on the sidelines on this team over the last 20 years. He knew exactly what the caller meant but he choses to be a dick. He said his condescending smart ass stuff because he does not want to say something positive. I just turned his show off. I hate that he is on the air after the games. He is terrible and he ruins the post game just by his existence. But of YOU like him ...

he just refused to acknowledge any "culture change". A comeback of 16 points in the 4th quarter on the road happens all the time in his world. why does he have a job?

I think the snap was bad on the last fumble. Lets not blame Josh for everything. No excuse for the play calling though. -
