The line will move close to even by next Sunday The Dolphin hype train will be at an all time high, which I love for us Take the Bills all day

I won't pretend that I knew Bernard would be good, but I knew Edmunds was an athlete with no instincts that was very replaceable.

Week 3: Buffalo (-6.5) at Washington

Alot of that yardage is from a Hail Mary that was answered, and another deep ball that connected early in the game against Denver. Their line took over in the second half. There's opportunity if the Oline can protect, but don't be surprised if Josh is under constant pressure -

The Commanders D Line is arguably the most dominant in the league They could absolutely wreak havoc and ruin our offensive game plan -
It wasn't McDermott lastnight, but make no mistake...when we get into the big games against the best teams in the playoffs, McDermott will get out coached. He also bears the responsibility of reigning Allen in if Dorsey isn't able to. Dorsey also made some bad calls like the draw play in OT. Allen has clearly regressed from when Daboll was here. Another OC could potentially help get Allen back to his MVP worthy status, but do you give McD another shot with a new OC? I wouldn't

We will never win anything with McD here

I called for McDermott to go after the 13 second debacle I have reiterated this every season since because he doesn't have it Come to terms with being a pretender as long as this staff is running things- 152 replies

Inexcusable play call. No logic whatsoever in running the ball there. But what else would you expect from this staff?
-
For all the talk about Edmunds and his ability to play the pass, he was targeted and abused by the better QB's in this league...mostly because he has poor awareness/instincts. That was partly why our defense wasn't as good in the playoffs. When we faced the top QB's, their eyes lit up when they saw Edmunds in coverage

I don't agree with much from this poster, but I do believe that Allen has gone as far as he can go under this current regime. He needs a coaching staff that will help him get over the hump, not for him to prop them up. Allen is the reason McDermott still has a job as the HC of the Bills

Sure, it's a solid plan to build a team meant to sustain success over an extended period of time...I will agree with you on this point. What I will disagree with is the notion that myself or anyone else should be called names because we would like to see a strive for greatness and not being accepting of a lower standard...whether that standard is solid or above solid, for that matter. And telling a lifelong Bills fan that they should switch teams insinuating that someone like me is a bandwagon fan is also something that I personally find insulting and not how a fellow member of this community should conduct themselves.

This is simply you saying something as if it's true with zero evidence to back your claim He's actually shown to be more likely to fail in the biggest moments than to succeed, so if we were to put his chances at winning it all, it would have to be less than 50%

Failed to meet expectations two straight years, and were embarrassed on their home field last season says otherwise
-
Amazing how you can under perform in the playoffs year after year, and get rewarded for it. I guess management is similar to many fans, and they are simply content not being the old Bills that were never a threat to even make the playoffs

What is the obsession with Edmunds? One of the least instinctive linebackers I've ever seen man the middle. Letting him walk will prove to be the wiser choice. I think it would have been for letting Oliver walk, too
-
Very possible I hope not, and this season should settle it once and for all
-
I have been saying this for years, and I'll make the point again Edmunds was a piss poor instinctive player. He had great physical tools, but no actual football instincts. A player like Dorian Williams will look fantastic in our defense if he truly is instinctive and has good recognition.

Will the Bills make a draft selection in the first round?
BeastMaster replied to WickedGame's topic in The Stadium Wall
They will want to trade back, but no team will be willing to.
