If the field conditions are poor as some suggest they will be, that would favor us in my eyes because it should slow down the pass rush and allow Josh to have more time to operate
-
Gabe Davis signed to the 53, Curtis Samuel placed on IR

I don't necessarily believe that Terry will operate the Bills same as the Sabres I know that is the common belief here, but I don't know that he views them both in the same manner Let's at least hope so -

Between the decisions to pay big dollars to two bust wideouts in Samuel and Palmer, I think we can all agree that Beane should never be able to sign any free agent receivers IF he somehow manages to keep his job -
Nothing Which is what should have been expected given his past production Yet Beane paid him as if he'd be a difference maker, and he's not even close to that
-
I don't think the small sample size from him is evidence of anything except that he can get downfield when teams are focused on other receivers and forget about him But you guys can keep telling me that Josh Palmer is an effective starting caliber receiver all you like
-
500 yards and one TD last season with the Chargers Dude was an afterthought, and he's doing exactly the same here because he's not a starting caliber receiver
-
I disagree There's no evidence of him being able to be anything more than a backup wideout. His contract was horrid, and that's another black mark on Beane
-
Hopefully he can draw some coverage away from the rest of our guys to give them a little more space to operate Could be a sneaky signing if he's still a threat. Not sure he is at this point, though

Just saw a Cover 1 breakdown of his play vs Houston and it was pretty good There's much bigger problems than Greg on this defense -
What a tough guy you are because you don't post negatively on this board I'll call it as I see it, and I really couldn't care less what that makes me in your book Bills should win this game unless the Steelers dominate the Bills Oline and get to Josh I have little confidence, though, and would never bet on this team...especially on the road

I often hear this from posters as if they know how Terry Pegula thinks and operates when it comes to the Bills I get that he operates the Sabres a certain way, but to assume he will settle for mediocrity with this franchise, with a superstar QB entering a new stadium next season is kind of silly IMO Unless someone here has more than an assumption based on how Pegula has handled a completely different franchise that doesn't bring in nearly the same revenue, then you don't really have any idea I think McDermott and Beane are very much in trouble if the season ends with no playoffs and no enthusiasm going into the new stadium. In fact, I can't imagine that Terry would want to open the stadium with a team that the fans are not excited for.

I mind...especially at his salary Beane overpaid for a guy who was a Chargers cast off that had one singular touchdown before the Bills decided to give him a fairly large deal Palmer could be fine if he was a third or fourth option making around 3-5 mil/year Neither of those things are true, and Beane brought him here to play opposite of Coleman as a starter

Bur what about the legendary separator, Josh Palmer?

It's crazy that people are completely ignoring that the Texans basically decided to stop throwing the ball in the second half because they had the lead and their defense was dominating You're fooling yourself if you think the Bills did anything in the second half to stifle Houston. -
Will Josh Allen want to stick around for a rebuild?
BeastMaster replied to BillsFanForever19's topic in The Stadium Wall
This is why McDermott should have been fired after 13 seconds Every season since has been a waste because we found out that day that McDermott didn't stack up against the best coaches and QB's I argued with posters here over and over and I was told just be grateful we have a contender and that we don't wanna risk going backwards Everyone that settled back then can't complain about wasting Josh Allen's prime -

The Texans went ultra conservative in the second half because they had the lead and their defense was dominating Too much is being made of the defensive performance in the second half. They went into a shell to not make mistakes -
Division is out at this point…have to do it as a wildcard

This team isn't making the playoffs They are cooked Brace yourself for a bunch of losses coming up with a win last week of the season to hurt their draft position -
Team is in bad shape and going nowhere The best move...even though I hate it would be to move Allen for a kings ransom and give it a couple years to wipe these contracts off the books and try again I don't want that, but probably the best opportunity to fix this team moving forward

He has a terrible coach, an even worse coordinator, and not one receiver that can win consistently down the field. Oh, and a defense that gets manhandled in the run game every single week -

That's fine, but I wasn't talking about Davis vs Keon. I said he would have helped more than Elijah Moore did, and I don't see how anyone can argue otherwise -
The root cause of all this is McDermott McDermott is what's wrong with the Bills Any other move is shuffling deck chairs on the Titanic

Keon Coleman helps us in this game way more than Elijah Moore This was negligence on McDermotts part for not playing him and giving him a chance to redeem himself
