The first few games of the year, Allen was throwing those short balls to Beasley, even today there were 2 of them that worked. I dont know why they took that out of the game plan
Mcdermott never should have gotten rid of Robey. He was great with us and has turned into a top slot corner on the Rams. Also Woods, he was a victim of bad quarterbacking. Woods always placed nice blocks and made big plays when the ball was thrown to him.
He's getting more called runs, but less scrambling for sure. I also dont think people realize that his rushing stats would be better if he wasnt taking 3 knees per game to close it out
If Poyer can pull down some interceptions then he would be my pick. Very rarely do you see a safety that covers so well but also plays that well in the box. He is consistently making big stops on running plays
