The Invisible Third of the Game: Special Teams
Don Otreply replied to Hapless Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
STs in the rented mule of all NFL teams, in which they fall behind both offense and defense in priority as it should be, it is especially important that it be so when a given teams offense struggles to score TDs. Resources need then to be given to said offense. Only when the two most important phases of the game, O & D are performing optimally should a given team put additional resources into STs.. it is not that STs holds no importance, but rather the other two phases are far more important... Go Bills!!! -
I think BB & SM are doing a very good job thus far, especially considering the Sh-t shows we have had previously. I sure do hope they can get the offense up to speed, otherwise what we see now is as good as its going to be. That said, I do believe BB will secure the required talent. Would be nice to pretty much know the team on average is going to score three to four TDs and field goal or two per game. But that’s just me... Go Bills!!!

What Are Your Post Season Expectations?
Don Otreply replied to SinceThe70s's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I expect a total crushing victory at all levels, But I might not experience my expectations.. Go Bills!!! -
All good points, on to the next concern for the Buffalo Bills,

I get that as a concept, but I would think they vent and then get right back at it, again one on one with your coach, not during a game, and not in public, the smart ones never throw anyone under the bus, and always say the right thing when in public/ to reporters etc. Go Bills!!!

Really? I would have thought he would be able to express himself in confidence to his coaches in private without fear of retribution. Oh well, guess I’m wrong, Go Bills!!!
-
I am certain that Josh has vented about his guys dropping passes to the QB coach and the OC more than once, to include a bunch of WTF do I have to do here, run out and hand it to them..., but we are lucky he is a real pro and continues to work at his craft. Go Bills!!! Me too...

The reason Knox has drop issues
Don Otreply replied to benderbender's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It is frustrating ,its not just Knox, the offense still overall has a drop problem, granted Knox accounts for a high percentage of those drops, but he has never been a receiver before this year, and he is a rookie. The offense seems to drop passes at the least opportune moments, more frustration. It is my hope that the QB and his receivers will grow out of this messy situation real soon, we do have two good pass catchers that don’t see much action, and that certainly does not help the problem. I will just look at it as a learning opportunity for our guys. Go Bills!!! -

Your ideal playoff scenario to the SB (AFC)
Don Otreply replied to PatsFanNH's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
We win the next four games, Go Bills!!! -
Well, there you have it folks, it has become Main Stream obvious, Duke Williams should be active and used in our offense, this has been very obvious to many off us here and in the greater Bills world for quite some time now. Now maybe, just maybe those who have not seen the forest through the trees might just notice the shrubbery.... Go Bills!!!

Special teams should never ever take priority over offensive production, absolutely never. It is moronic to not use both Williams and Yeldon in an offensive rotation, we all know its true, Just sayin fellas, and y’all know i’m always right, ? Go Bills!!!
