[Question] Former Bills who have found success in McD Era?
Ethan in Cleveland replied to boyst's topic in The Stadium Wall
Bojorquez is still in the league -
Who will be the first coach fired?
Ethan in Cleveland replied to EmotionallyUnstable's topic in The Stadium Wall
I predicted Stefanski before the season started. I still don't think he makes it to the end of the season. When the 49ers crush the Browns and Purdy outplays the sex offender Cleveland fans are going to go nuclear -
Would you trade AJ Epenesa?
Ethan in Cleveland replied to Buffalo_Stampede's topic in The Stadium Wall
Only for a corner. But even then probably not. Let him walk and get a late round comp pick -
Allen lost game 1 WRs and injuries cost us game 5 Bills can play with anyone and the AFC is not nearly as good as it was supposed to be. If offense can stay healthy they can make a SuperBowl run with Allen. After years of beating up McDermott the biggest liability on this team may be Dorsey.

It's time for AJ Klein to shine

Nope. Let Williams play. -
Not necessarily true. Beane went and got Benjamin for a playoff run. Last year he got Hines So he has made some moves

KC lost both starting OTs in the playoffs a few years ago. It cost them the SuperBowl and gave Brady another ring. But otherwise they have seemingly been lucky

Really in the dumps right now. I can handle the losses but the catastrophic injuries these past two years really have me down. Seriously questioning why I still watch and care. Seeing grown men crying and literally dying on the field knowing their season and maybe their careers are over. All so some broadcast network can charge more for a commercial of something I would never purchase. The 90's teams had injuries but our core guys never missed huge chunks of time. I have no idea if injuries are more frequent now or more catastrophic. I know surgery and recovery is better than ever. Yet it still feels so hopeless. All the emotional investment we as a community invest only for it to be sprained, torn, or broken in seconds. Losing Milano is a gut shot I'm not sure I can get over.

Why weren’t the Bills allowed to play on the grass?
Ethan in Cleveland replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall
Exaclty. Its not science so blaming the field when both teams played on it is not a solid conclusion. It's likely 90% bad luck, 5% bad technique, and 5% the surface whether that is turf or frozen grass. -
He's still overcorrecting from a few years ago. When he missed his long passes in the past they were too far. Now it seems he is trying his best not to overshoot the WR.

Bills injuries - Milano , Da Jones, Floyd
Ethan in Cleveland replied to DJB's topic in The Stadium Wall
It took Lawrence's best throw as a NFL QB to make that play. He was about to get drilled and Hyde's coverage while not great was not bad either. It was a brilliant throw. If that ball is 6 inches further we are praising McD for a great call. -

Agreed. Terrible pass by Allen Shakir is wide open if he leads him -

Hopefully this is the last week we see Jonathan on the field. He is trash. -

I'm not a conspiracy guy. But these refs suck. Missed a batted ball. Head shot to Josh was not a penalty Hold on Torrence was not a penalty No idea what they even called on Davis TD. This is worst officiated game I,have seen since the replacement refs. Truly brutal. -
Cmon kid this is your time to prove you can play!

Some say there is no such thing as a trap game. I'm not one of them. I said they would be 7-1 after the Jets loss and this is my only worry. This should be McD's strength as a coach. Keeping things level and focused. But we've all seen the emotional let down after a big win. Tre going down is a big loss but I think Jackson and Elam will be up to the task. Hopefully Benford can make it through the game. I'm not expecting much from Von other than maybe a few reps on 3rd and long. Look for Kincaid and Shakir to have breakout games today as Josh doesn't force it to Diggs. If OL plays as it has, Bills should win by 10. I don't think this is going to be pretty though. Maybe 27-17 with Bills getting a late FG to go up by two scores.

Von Miller to 53 & Tre White to IR
Ethan in Cleveland replied to Warriorspikes51's topic in The Stadium Wall
He's playing! -
I think the point is you can win in this league with a great run game. Elite QBs are rare. Teams that can run the ball effectively are easier to build. It's not like the Colts are going to stop developing their young QB.

PFF says we have the 8th WORST pass rush?
Ethan in Cleveland replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall
That was an article with someone referencing PFF. Not actually a PFF site. The author is probably using data from last year after Von went down. Seems just poorly written. -
Miami is the Dolphins KC is the Chiefs
