  1. No it isn't. Calling Brady fiery and OBJ out of control is lazy and borderline racist. The media does this all the time. Manning got in shouting arguments with Jeff Saturday. Go watch the video Manning is being a jerk to Saturday. Does that show emotion and leadership or immaturity? Or is it two guys that are competitors and at the end of the day respect each other and can move on after the game. Again winning cures everything! If you are a winner this behavior is tolerated and even lauded. Case in point your response to me including Brady. When you lose then it gets dissected and critiqued usually in a negative light.
  2. Honest question. How do you really evaluate a WR when they have garbage QBs throwing to them? I'd pass based on injury history but you would really have to dig in and decide how much of that is bad luck of a chronic issue. As an aside Bills are going to have the same issue evaluating Rousseau as he seems to be injured every year and production decreases as the season wears on.
  3. Excellent points! We have no idea what was said. Maybe Diggs was being a condescending dick. Maybe he wasn't.
  4. So if the white QB yells at the black WR on the sideline it's ok. But if the black WR yells at the white QB it's a no no. Got it! I saw Brady yell at his guys multiple times on the sideline and nobody ever called him a diva. Mahommes and his WR argued on the sideline during the SuperBowl. Kelce argued and pushed his coach. All water under the bridge because they won. And lastly, why do kickers get a pass. Norwood cost us a SuperBowl. He failed his biggest moment in his professional career. Yes Levy, Talley, and Kelly were just as culpable for losing SuperBowl XXV but why does Norwood get a pass? Why should Bass be absolved. He didn't do his job, maybe somebody should have gotten in his grill so he fixes his issues.
  5. Trade for Justin Jefferson. Minnesota is in full rebuild mode and a single WR won't get it done. Give them #28 and a fourth this year, and give them back their #2 in 2025. That should be enough.
  6. Kelce brothers did podcast during the season. Did you call them out?
  7. Huh? Montana won two SuperBowls without Rice. Seriously, one of the least informed posts of all time.
  8. Yeah this was my take. The fact he may go top 4 is insane. Harbaugh is probably laughing his ass off.
  9. You could trade for him then extend him to get under the cap. It's doable. I wouldn't do it. Jefferson is the trade target for a long-term investment. If not Jefferson, then just get your WR from the draft.
  10. Agree! But looking at Kincaid's frame I don't see a TE that can do everything like Gronk or Kelce. Doesn't mean he won't be an elite player though.
  11. Hopkins made 33 of 36 kicks and 8 of 8 with Bojo holding for him in 2023.
  12. Was there ever a hold that looked bad? Nope. People are turning holding into some mythical artform. Any idiot can do it. We'll anyone but Romo. Bass was awful last year but he already signed an extension. He's not going anywhere. Only hope is he gets better.
  13. Hope you are right. Shakir does a lot of things well, most notably catching the dam football. The problem will be Kincaid and Shakir will compete for similar routes and touches. I could easily see Shakir catching more passes than Samuel especially if they draft a true#1. I could see Shakir and Samuel both right around 70 catches with the rookie maybe getting 40 or so. Diggs and Davis combined for 152 receptions and the spare parts of Sherfield and Harty added 26 in 2023. Kincaid had 73 and Knox only 22 missing several games. If you figure Knox gets closer to 35 and Kincaid maybe gets 75, then you can easily get Shakir and Samuel around 70. This takes the pressure off the rookie in year 1 but still gives him room to contribute.
  14. Kincaid can't block anyone. Not sure why people think he is TE #1. Sadly Knox has not developed into the receiving threat of an elite TE, so Brady will need to figure out a way to use them both. Knox is not going anywhere after taking a pay cut. If Beane pulled that stunt he destroys his reputation in the locker room and with the agents. They have been and always will be different positions on the team. In fact when his contract is up Kincaid will argue like other flex TE's have that he should be paid more in line like a WR and not a TE.
  15. Nabers is so good he might get drafted before MHJ. It would be a shock but not crazy. Honestly I can make a case for a move like this or just sitting tight. Giving up next year's #1 just to get a WR at 18 makes little sense. Either go big or just sit tight and take a WR at 28.
  16. Beane is not perfect and he is no genius. I have liked most of his offseason moves over the years. I have posted my disagreements with his choices. In many cases I was proven wrong - Bernard for sure. I hated the Oliver pick and didn't like the extension. Oliver is not a top 10 draft pick talent but he is very good. I hated trading Diggs and I hated Epenesa pick and now extension. I actually like the Benjamin trade and the Miller signing. Really like the Knox deal as he was one of my favorites though he simply has not developed. He has been elite at getting guys to rework their deals. His two flaws are giving up too many picks moving up in the draft and until this last year he failed at building a OL. The problem is KC has a better team and a better HC. In almost every way we are the Manning/Dungy Colts. Our only hope is Allen can win at least one Lombardi
  17. Cmon man, Poyer and White were here before Beane got here
  18. Go get Jefferson. Vikings are in full rebuild mode. Their 2nd round pick is going to be in the mid 30s at worst. Give them 28 and that pick and you still keep your first round pick in 2025. That still also preserves your 2nd round pick in 2025 for a second WR, Edge or safety.
  19. He gave up a second round pick. And he could have just stayed where he was and taken Fred Warner or Shaquille Leonard without giving up any picks. Vander Esch was gone at 19 but may have been there ar 21 if Dallas took Edmunds.
  20. If they have to sign a #1 WR in 2025 that means Beane failed miserably at his job in 2024.
  21. Lynch is a good one too. Obviously very polarizing at the time too. Fred Jackson ascending made it hurt less but seeing Lynch's success in Seattle first hand was frustrating. My son loved him in Seattle though
  22. I fully admit Diggs was one of my favorites and trading him hurts. Part of loving the Bills is having an emotional investment in the team and the individual players. It's really tough for me to think of another guy in the recent past that hurt as much after he was gone. I felt really bad when Schobel retired. I think he is one of the most underrated Bills of all time and he deserved better. For whatever reason didn't get the same attachment for Kyle Williams though I appreciated his ability. How about others? Who was the last player that really hurt when they left?
  23. That will be incredible! The first CB to ever win OROY!!!
  24. Be a McDermott fan boy if you want. Others on here agree with me As for my other points, is the failure to adequately address the OL an unfair criticism? The only redeeming factor for Epenesa is he is only 25. He had 2.5 sacks in the final ten weeks of the year. Again started the season strong and was a non-factor the rest of the way. He had 1 tackle and no sacks in 2023 playoffs. Terrible decision to bring him back. I've generally given Beane high marks for his off-season moves. As he said today, the Bills are worse today after this move. If he thinks Shakir, Kincaid, and Samuel can replace Diggs as he was implying he is insane. But he is lying. He will trade up and draft a WR. That is his MO. He burns picks to move up and get a guy he wants. The only thing left to be seen is how much he gives up and how high he goes up.
  25. Yes trade top 10 WR and keep busts like Epenesa. Take five years to finally put together an above average OL and then blow it up one year later. Doesn't matter anyways, until McDermott is gone its all window dressing.
