  1. Well played. I just did 12 consults and still heading to the gym for shoulders!!!
  2. I admitted that. That's why I was asking what others thought
  3. My bias against McDermott is well documented. Wondering how others view his post-season PC and recent interview calling critics narrow minded. He also stated its hard to win in the NFL. I recall a prior HC pilloried on this site for saying the exact same words. My take on the PC was that he was very defensive. Without even being asked. He launched into a defense of his tenure as coach even dating back to prior seasons. And now he calls critics narrow minded for wondering if the Bills will win a SB with him as HC. You have to belive at this point the thought has crossed Beane and Pegula's mind. He's trying to defend at best status quo to perhaps taking a step or two back from 13 seconds. Then the most ridiculous statement of all. "We're looking for Josh to really be that face of the franchise, like he's been, and continue to evolve." I mean WTF. What team has he been coaching? Does he think Hyde and Poyer were the face of the franchise?? Is he trying to lay blame on Allen? Without Allen McDermott might be coaching DBs in Kansas City. Was Allen on the field when the defense crumbled multiple times against Denver,Philadelphia, and others. KC only stopped themselves in the playoff game. If not for a goal line fumble the Bills are not even close in that game. It may not seem that I'm open minded but I really try. I've gave McDermott praise many times last year. So what does the board think? For those that crucified Jauron how do you take the It’s hard to win in the NFL line? For those that defend McDermott, what do you all think?
  4. Define awesome? My guess is he has 95 catches for 1050-1100 yards. That would be his worst as a Bill and still one of the top WR seasons in Bills history. Would be sad to see him run out of town. Don't care what others think. He is the best most complete WR in franchise history.
  5. I like every move Beane has made wxcept bringing back Epenesa. Even with all that, I still go WR, Edge, Safety top 3 picks. Then a Punter in round 5.
  6. Titans making some nice moves. Too bad they don't have a QB. Not great compensation for the Chiefs for a very good player.
  7. WR and edge - doesn't matter which comes first No team drafts BPA and certainly Beane does not. Allen, Edmunds, Oliver, Epenesa, Rousseau, Elam, and even Kinciad were all positions of absolute need at the time they were drafted.
  8. Beane never drafts BPA. WR and edge top two picks guaranteed
  9. Most of the time yes, but there's some resistant bugs out there now. Post of the year so far! Well played!!!
  10. You need to report all STDs to your partners and its reported to the depth of health anyways.
  11. This board is often the highlight of my day. As soon as I saw the signing I knew I could ***** hear for comic relief. "Avoid the clap, Jimmy Duagn" That's good advice....
  12. https://www.nfl.com/news/falcons-rb-bijan-robinson-s-ncaa-tournament-bracket-remains-perfect-after-day-1-upsets Only 0.0396% of brackets perfect after day 1. That is getting close to PowerBar odds. Watch Goodell fine him for filling our a bracket....
  13. Lol...good gif. And yet it still proves my point. Pair this moron with a HOF QB and he looks competent. Nough so to fool two organizations into hiring him as HC. Without one you realize he is a moron. Even this idiot wins 10 games and the division with Allen as his QB.
  14. Agree with almost everything in this post! Well done! I would just add late round OTs don't seem to develop. I'd skip OT this year and if they need depth try to find a 4 or 5 year vet on the cheap that can play in a pinch. Next year I'd prioritize OT in the top 3 rounds. Lastly I'd add backup QB to the list. Trubisky really sucked last year with Pittsburgh. I'd be fine taking a day 3 QB and maybe you find a jem to stash on the PS for a year or who might even beat out Trubisky.
  15. It's possible. Was he good last year? I don't recall him making many plays and also giving up a TD or two. Who knows who was actually responsible though. I say move on and get younger. Edwards looks like he is good enough to be adequate back there. Hope they draft one. I would have gone WR, Edge, and then S in top 3 rounds prior to FA. Probably wpuld still do the same maybe with DT or C/G ahead of safety.
  16. Oh good point. He disappeared after Halloween so I already forgot about him.
  17. Safety Punter RB2 X WR The two safeties they have are second tier guys. They probably start but hopefully they draft a rookie that pushes one of them out of a starting job by mid season. Of course it all changes if they move Benford to safety. I don't see that happening now. I'd draft the best punter in the draft in the 5th round and get rid of both Martin and Haack. Since RB is really a rotation, I think RB2 is not on the roster yet. DL is also a rotation and they need two more bodies one a NT type and a speed edge rusher. I see Samuel as more of a guy that will take snaps away from Shakir in the slot and be the primary backup when Diggs is not on the field. The traditional X WR is waiting to be drafted. Why? It was good last year and the only guy not coming back is Lawson who is not a pass rusher. I don't like Epenesa but he probably won't be any worse than last year. Rousseau will be in a contract year so hopefully he explodes. If DQ is healthy all year that will free up Oliver nicely.
  18. So did most of this board while the Bills were on the clock.
  19. Mahomes has Reid. Allen has McDermott. There really is nothing more that needs to be said.
  20. Agree none of us know what Allen of McD does to prepare. It's preposterous to speculate. However the whole point of this thread is to attack our franchise QB. It's ludicrous. I criticize Allen for his INTs but to somehow criticize his work ethic or his intensity is insane. It's just as ludicrous to be critical of McDermott's desire to win. Judge them on the results on the field and nothing else. Allen is the best QB this franchise has ever had. The defense lead by our HC has collapsed against Houston and KC twice and barely survived beating a 3rd sting Miami QB. That is on McDermott. And yes with this roster and Allen any of the other 31 coaches in the league would win the division and several of them would have won a SuperBowl by now.
  21. Ask yourself what McDermott does to be a better HC? He is the sole reason Allen is not a SuperBowl champion. Allen is the only reason the Bills are competitive. Replace McDermott with any HC and this team still wins the division.
  22. The GM that passes on this kid to take JJ McCarthy should be fired before round 2 starts. If I was the Bears GM I would have traded down to 4 and taken Harrison. Now if I'm the Bears I trade #9 and next year's number 1 to Arizona for #4 and a 3rd round pick this year.
  23. If I'm interpreting this correctly, this guy takes Rapp's old job as 3rd safety and they still need a starter. Is that correct?
