  1. At the moment in the game, the oline was actually starting to get some decent traction. We had all the moment, and completely blew it with that idiotic call.
  2. I could be wrong, but it doesn't seem like we're motioning much. We played right into the Ravens hands, from the very jump.
  3. Brady earned a lot of equity in the 1at 3 weeks, and is attempting to give it all back in one night.
  4. We look like the 2018 Bills tonight.
  5. Overly conservative play calling to atart
  6. I also really love what I am seeing as well, but the real test hasn't started yet. Hopefully he can maintain his level of play, against the Chiefs/Ravens of the world.
  7. During the offseason, they lost a few pieces on the oline, and to compound matters, the oline coach passed away before the start of the season. They have not had the same type of success with run blocking, that we are used to seeing. They don't scare me one bit. Like the poster above stated, we won't go undefeated, but no reason to fear anyone on our schedule, as long as Brady continues to call a good game. Oh yea.......and we have number 17.
  8. You never know with division games, but outside of that, it's pretty soft.
  9. They have such a cupcake schedule it's ridiculous.
  10. I don't believe Brown is expected back this year, at least not during the regular season. I agree with everything above, especially the last part about McConkey or Mitchell. Both of those guys in my opinion, have the potential to threaten defenses on all 3 levels. Kelce is looking old and slow right now, similar to how he looked last year. Let's see if he finds the fountain of youth again, during the playoffs.
  11. I don't disagree with any of the comments, that he's a little off on his deep ball, but it's not something I'm ever concerned with. For whatever reason, he always seems to clean it up before the playoffs and makes some pinpoint accurate deep throws in the playoffs. The one to Diggs had plenty of air underneath it, and there was (2) others I believe went towards Sherfield, but he was unable to make a play on it.
  12. I agree that speaks a lot more to Allen, then it does the OC (Brady), but as we all saw last year at this time, those opportunities weren't even there.
  13. The death of the oline coach seems to be really effecting Balt right now, but Dallas is horrible against the run. This is the perfect get right game for the Ravens, but either them or Cincy will have their 3rd loss by week 5. Maybe even 4 losses for Balt, if we beat them. If we continue to handle our business, things are shaping up well for us.
  14. What makes this even more disheartening, is knowing that all the other contenders have absolute studs as kicker. KC - Butker Cincy - McPherson Houston - Fairburn Balt - Tucker Although Tucker is starting to get old, and showing signs of regression finally. But still better than Bass
  15. the thing that is most disturbing is the late flags. Mahomes throws pick, count to 2, see flag gets thrown
  16. I also rarely disagree with Gunner, but also disagreed on sack number 1. I think we can all agree on sack 2, and what a great sign that is moving forward.
  17. Feel the same way about Tre. Not sure if Rams were running a rotation, or if he got benched, but def spent some time on the sidelines
  18. I think this was the wrong game to bash Lamar. Do I think he's over hyped by the media? Yes Is he on Allen's level? No But that was a good performance last night. KC has one of the best defenses in the league, and they shut down Henry. Lamar almost beat them single handedly.
  19. Personally, I think his explosiveness is back. Hopefully he can pick up the playbook. I understand we value acumen over athletic ability, but sooner or later we have to find a way to make it work with the more athletic guys too.
  20. No need to bash you for this comment, I think the general consensus here is pretty clear. All I will say, is that it was refreshing when Brady took over. Good coaches can adapt quickly, and counterpunch throughout the game. By the time Dorsey figured out what was happening to him, we were in a deep hole, late in a game. Doesn't mean he can't improve, but we'll see. Personally not expecting it. If you get fired with Josh Allen as your QB, good luck. Even Adam Gase seemed competent at one point.
  21. This video warms my soul. Practice or not, no NFL player should be ragged dolled that way.
  22. Make or break year for Elam. I agree with others, that if you struggle with zone, Safety is an even worse spot. In an ideal world, the light comes on this year, and he forces his way onto the field I know Benford has been a pretty solid CB, but he seems like he would be an even better safety, maybe elite. I also know it's not happening, but still fun to discuss.
  23. I could watch this play 1000X and it never gets old. We are so lucky to have Allen.
  24. I also think it was Maye. It seems like there was enough smoke there. I don't really follow the Vikings, but I believe it was reported somewhere that their OC (McCown) was Maye's H.S. Coach.
