  1. I can't believe I'm going to say this, but I would rather listen to Collinsworth, than those 2 Bozos. Aikman clearly does not like the Bills, and I agree with the comment above, that he seems jealous.
  2. I agree with coaching, but you have to win the line of scrimmage battle, and you have to be able to rush the passer. Where those elite players are, really matter. I know Minny is 5-0, but to early to include them in the conversation.
  3. Agreed. He played nearly a perfect game. But we still desperately need a WR. Through 6 weeks, Allen is averaging 157yds a week. Team, please don't fail this man now, and get him another weapon, especially with how well we are running the ball. It will really put teams in a bind.
  4. Not buying. He's being smart, and waiting for the right opportunity. Good for him. Makes him even more attractive.
  5. By no means am I trying to absolve Brady, but for anyone that doesn't think we need a WR, just remember Allen was 9/30 last week, and let that sink in.
  6. What a bad call. Benford was a hair early, but only during slow replay.
  7. Really tough for guys to get open. We really need Davante.
  8. I like what I saw from the Oline. Keep running, and start hitting them with some playaction. On D, we need to get Hamlin off the field. Better yet, maybe Rodgers will pick on him, and force McDs hand.
  9. I agree it's highly unlikely. They rarely trade their players. But they have to know they'll lose Higgins for nothing, after this year
  10. I love this idea. As you mentioned, the Bengals would need to lose another game, or probably 2, before they consider themselves sellers. Perfect cover 1 buster.
  11. My main concern right now, is that the lack of weapons is going to get Allen killed. He's gotten crushed, 2 weeks in a row.
  12. Except for the playoffs, Josh has not been accurate deep. Generally speaking. Add in a below average WR group, and that margin of error only drops. Until we make teams pay for it, they will continue to blitz us, and flood the underneath Zones. I've always felt that Josh works best in spread formations, with 3-4 WR on the field, allowing him to see the pressure, and field better. Instead of investing more on WR, we've dumped all these resources in TE's. Knox is invisible, and Kincaid is not as good as we were hoping he would be. I just don't understand it. At this point, this regime has to know what works best with him, but they refuse to accept it, and force the issue with an ideology that does not fit him best.
  13. If we don't get someone here soon, we're going to get Allen killed.
  14. I watched with my 16 year old, and he was like it's 1st down, here comes the run again. Painfully predictable. Even with Trubisky in, I would of liked to have seen a quick pass. Where is Knox? Why not throw a WR screen to Coleman. A big WR, who has a chance to break a tackle. This offense is fundamentally broken right now.
  15. No they're not. The lack of weapons is painfully obvious. This team is hard to watch right now. We've been exposed.
  16. 9/30....let that sink in. Brady called a bad game once again, and receiving weapons failed to make plays. Kincaid is a good football player, but not good enough to be the featured piece to run the offense through. We really need a go to guy, and have to capitalize on a guy like Adams being available. If not, you can kiss this season goodbye.
  17. How many times are we going to run on 1st down. We have to mix it up.
  18. Honestly, I would feel better with just about anyone at this point. For me, when it comes to Bass, it has more to do with how and when he misses. I remember before the miss against KC, everyone in our section had zero confidence he was going to make that kick. There was little doubt. It's not about percentages (career 81 vs. career 84). But it's when he's missing, and how he's been trending over the back half of the year last year, through now. And when he misses badly, and it's not from a block or slip, you can't help but think he has the yepps
  19. Last year was the first year that I felt we had a good enough offensive line to win a Superbowl. I can't say I have the same confidence in our defensive line. It always feels like we are missing that run stuffing specialist. I know that we were plagued with injuries at LB in the playoff game against the Chiefs, and I believe we were also missing Benford, althought I can't quite remember. That being said, throughout the McDermott era, there's been stretches where teams will run the ball down our throats over and over again, and it just seems that the common theme, is an undersized dline that gets bullied. It happened in the Chiefs playoff game, and obviously against Baltimore as well. I agree with undersized LB's, as it helps with todays game, but why can't we build a bigger dline.
  20. Overpay would be the better word. At the time of the trade, and even now, I felt it was the right decision to trade Diggs. That being said, I don't feel the Bills have done enough to replace Diggs and Gabe. I didn't like the Keon Coleman pick, because of all the talk that he struggles to separate. Although that might be overstated, the truth is probably in the middle. I have grown to like him, but I view him more as a Gabe Davis replacement, as opposed to a Diggs replacement. I remember leaving that Chiefs game saying to myself, we need to add some speed on offense, and that was with Diggs on the field (minus Gabe). For the first time ever, I remember saying to myself that we miss Gabe, although I'm not sure he would've done much. The other thing that we have to be able to adjust to is that the playoffs is a different brand of football. Guys get away with a lot more contact, being grabby....ect. I believe this is why Diggs struggled in the playoffs the last couple of years. I like the size Keon brings, but we are still missing the speed element.
  21. I'm sure a guy like that has to be sick of losing.
  22. Would never happen, but this would be worth the FARM!
  23. To be honest, I'm not sure why anyone would bring up Diggs. We got a 2nd round pick for an aging diva WR, who has clearly lost a step. His ypc is abysmal. He's a possession receiver at this stage in his career. We robed the Texans, like we robed the Browns and Bengals a few years ago. Although the Browns did rob us back...lol.
  24. He has, but believe he is checked out.
