Stay focused, work hard, take it 1 week at a time, assume your opponent is the best team in the league, and don't do anything stupid. Avoid mistakes. Execute. If we can stick to that game plan, we have the power to win the Super Bowl. The entire season will come down to a few playoff games and the specific twists and turns in each one.

My mom worked on the Ed Sullivan show for a number of years and met all kinds of famous people, and knew Ed pretty well on a personal level. She was there for The Beetles and said it was incredible.

I don't think this "expert analysis" will impact what KC does at all. They probably are unaware it exists. Will they do things differently next time we play, to adjust to what we were doing? Of course! That's how the NFL works, at least among the good teams. The key here is that we found some ideas to help keep KC in check, and if they worked once, they can work again. We'll still need to keep tweaking though.

This is honestly reminding me of the Sabres and their 2006 Cup run. I remember analyzing the brackets at the start of the playoffs and just naturally NOT being afraid of anyone in our entire conference. And then we breeze through the first 2 rounds and it made sense; we were just a better team. I guess when the rest of the league starts to look inferior or non-threatening, you know your team is really good. I'm with you these days. Where are all the "good" teams? Why don't more teams seem threatening right now? Answer is because we are so elevated right now. It's not that the other teams got bad, we got super good. It's still sinking in.

I just binge watched Season 1 of "The Vow" on HBO, and then followed up with the new episode 1 of season 2. Interesting story about a cult. I've enjoyed it so far.

What a lousy week for NFL football! Seems like the matchups this year have been worse than normal. KC @ SF is about the only game I want to watch, and that might be a KC blowout.

That thing really made me laugh out loud! Hard! What a crazy video that is. All of the neurologists out there seem to agree Tua should absolutely NOT play again this entire season, after having 2 serious injuries only a few days apart. His brain is injured now and in a healing phase, and things are only going to get worse if it damaged again the way it is now. I don't think we've seen the last of Tua's concussion problems, and that is kind of sickening. The guy should watch out for his own career and life beyond football.

I used to hate the Dolphins like you can't imagine. I mean HATE. To be honest, it's faded with the passage of time. Though I am starting to hate them more right now for the first time in years! LOL

OBJ all day long; we don't need him, we want him. He's the knockout blow that puts us over the top for the playoff run. Let defenses try to shut down Diggs; we have OBJ. Let them try to shut down OBJ, we have Diggs. I can't imagine how productive we would be with 2 superstar No. 1 receivers and Josh. McCaffery? It's not the 1980s anymore. No thanks!

Many, if not most, folks here just want to feel good, not objectively analyze the team. Many are seemingly unable to view things objectively. I always wonder how this works for them in their personal lives. Confronting reality is a good thing, and utterly necessary for success in anything.
