I wondered about this too, but can only surmise that the Bills knew no matter what, Haack was not going to be suiting up for them anymore—that even if Araiza didn’t work out, they would only consider alternative options to Haack?

I felt like both McD and Beane were very heartfelt and genuine in their statements and motivations for taking the steps that they have, culminating in Araiza’s cutting. Terrible situation.

The girl’s attorney is behaving like a billboard special…you know the ones, catchy slogans to reel in the personal injury cases so he can take almost half of a recovery for which precious little is done besides a few letters. But hey, that’s our system.

What a terrible situation. I really feel for the victim, provided it’s true—at the same time it’s also difficult to believe that our Front office that’s basically done everything else right since getting here, would fumble something this serious, so I’ll still withhold some judgment, but no matter the outcome from here, the PR damage to the team has been done—right or wrong, that’s what it is now.

I have a feeling Josh's memory is a steel trap, and this will be useful motivation for more success on the football field, whenever they meet again (Super Bowl?).

What a tool. Some lines you just don't cross, swinging around a helmet like that to intentionally hurt another player more than qualifies. Hope there's a comeuppance.
