  1. Ironically, the very thing this pithy author points to as one of the reasons we “suck” most, getting rid of the end all-be all WR Diggs, is the very reason Houston supposedly sucks this year too??!! I can’t make this up, take a look—it’s like the author just cut and paste all of the reasons why the Bills traded him (from our vantage point) for the Houston edition: https://defector.com/why-your-team-sucks-2024-houston-texans I get the overall attempt at tongue in cheek humor and all, but really, try harder. 🤔 Oh, and yes before you ask, I’m quite fun at parties. 🎉
  2. Because Allen can’t throw it AND catch it himself, or play pass rusher. Or coach. 🤔
  3. How the newsletter author could be so “shocked” to the point of “woof” at the poll results is frankly, “oof” shocking in and of itself, imho. He cites the MVPs as the basis for that, despite the fact that Allen admittedly leads in basically all stats that matter??!! Clearly this guy knows nothing about actual football, or that MVP’s have turned into a political popularity contest, a la the pro bowl imho.
  4. Josh’s Jaqs are a safe harbor in the fickle corn flakes futures market…🧐
  5. Much better deal to get NFL+ imho, where you can watch every game commercial free after it’s done, for a fraction of the price of the Ticket. Combined with how often we will be playing prime time games or other nationally broadcast games, seems like Ticket is not as must have as it used to be? 🤷‍♂️
  6. Not a whit…to the OP’s point, it could even backfire and make me less likely to purchase said product if I already dislike the athlete like Mahomes, Gronk, Brady, etc…
  7. 4-0 IN AFCCGs = WE OWNED THE LAMAR HUNT 🏆. 😜 What can I say? I’m a glass half-full kinda guy.
  8. We were blessed to have him and the rest of that 90’s crew, thanks for the memories 👍👍!
  9. Our 90’s no huddle was an offensive identity, not a gimmick imho. Prolific is the word that best describes it!
  10. Non Bills: -Purdy regresses and 9ers won’t make it out of the wild card round this year; -Jets will field a heroic march to 6-11, Saleh will be done on or by Black Monday; -Texans will grab the #2 seed but won’t make it to the AFCCG; -Watson will not play a full season in Cleveland. Bills: -Josh takes MVP this season; -Curtis Samuel will lead the team in catches, yards and receiving TDs.; -Von will play in no more than 10 games; -Hyde will be back with the team in some capacity no later than Week 13.
  11. 4mer, I just don’t understand the argument that Josh is in anyway ok with, tolerates or doesn’t get PO’d by losing—have never seen him after a loss and thought, there’s someone who’s too OK with losing, imho. If he was, I don’t think he’d put his body on the line every play like he does, hurdling, barreling Dlinemen etc. 🤷‍♂️
  12. Respectfully disagree—I think Josh is hyper competitive and hates losing! Above is just one example…
  13. Time for some Oklahoma drills and gassers to start off the practice week. 🤔 No wait, “bear” crawls!
  14. Or worse! Kelly once broke a DBs leg easier than a bit of tinder after the guy had intercepted Kelly—don’t take a sideline angle against Josh if you do grab a pick Tre! On a total side note, Kelly while not exactly fast, could lay a hit with the best of them, as one of umpteen brothers growing up and recruited as a linebacker by Joe Paterno, lol.
  15. You’re technically right—I was thinking more of the season ending/soul crushing variety of games, but point taken.
  16. We are to Miami what KC’s been for us 🥲. Here’s hoping we smack ‘em both this season.
  17. I don’t think the issue is will he or won’t he still be decent in a few years, rather, will he still be the best at his position/untouchable speed? That’s the bet I wouldn’t want to take as Miami imho, but whatevs. With or without him Allen still owns the Phish. 🤷‍♂️
  18. I see you’re rolling “tiger style”🤔😎
  19. As a former QB bench warmer at the D3 level, I can share that our position coaching staff made it crystal clear that any fumbles/botched snaps (or bad hand off exchanges between RB’s and QB for that matter) were ALWAYS the QB’s fault—even when we all knew they were not. 🤣. But that’s how it would be “scored” in the books, fwiw.
  20. Apologies if already referenced upthread, but how’s Bass been kicking today?
