  1. Care to elaborate.
  2. That's even more proof that's it's punitive to keep unvaccinated players out for that long.
  3. Beasley is a victim of this omicron variant and protocols that will be adjusted to enable games to be played. 10 days to quarantine even with a negative test and this variant proven to be mild, shows an inflexibility in NFLmedical approach. They never acknowledge natural immunity or vaccinated and boosted players having the majority of positive tests. These players can return after one negative test and never be tested again. It makes no sense.
  4. The way to improve officiating is to discourage holding away from ball carrier and stop calling personal fouls on marginal QB hits and sideline plays. Also, remove officiating teams from competition if they disproportionately are way above the average amount of penalties called over the course of the last 1/4 of the season. This will have an immediate impact.
  5. No more excuses like weather for our team. Just go out and beat NE. Show the fans that we're still a factor in the tournament. NE has been the dominant force in the AFC east for 2 decades. We have been sleepwalking through this season. Beating the under 500 crowd doesn't reinforce confidence. Get it done against a good team and we can march into the playoffs with some momentum.
  6. The most talented of all of them is Josh. Kelly's in the HALL and the KGUN revolutionized football. Flutie was so much fun and Kemp put the Bills on the map, with 2 championships. Some great QBs on this team. Loved them all.
  7. What a silly thread. The team ran the ball against a stout defense. Josh threw 3 TDs and our defense rushed the passer. Motor looked great. A 17 pt win coming off 2 tight, demoralizing losses. How should we feel?
  8. Is Dabol trying to get Carolina back into the game? Why the ultra conservative playcalling starting a drive on the 43
  9. Good analysis. These guys are such positive thinkers, sometimes they overvalue the talent they bring in,and misjudge their ceiling. Josh overcomes most personnel mistakes, but as you so eloquently stated, to maximize his talents and protect him from injuries, the O-line must be fortified. A good back like Chubb or Harris would make us tough to deal with.
  10. Remember what Parcells said,"you are what your record says you are". If it was one game and you got bad calls, it's one thing, to be life or death in 5 games, your record is what you are.
  11. Every reason to be bitterly disappointed in the season with regard to coach and GM. I'm not calling for their ouster but they killed momentum with personnel decisions in the offseason as well as GameDay. By standing pat with an O-line that got dominated by KC last year and to rely on a d-line anchored by Hughes, Star and Addison, with an unproven draft class of undersized kids along with an underachieving Epenesa. These poor decisions were exacerbated by the inability to acquire depth at RB or TE, resulting in a negligible running attack and limited protection for our great young QB. When a team gets to the conference championship and then cannot beat a team over 500% except a depleted KC early on , you have to be concerned about coaches and the braintrust.
  12. I like his elusiveness, but ball security must be drummed into his head. One fumble in a big spot could decide a game and our season.
  13. As constructed this team cannot run the ball effectively if conditions make throwing risky and difficult. Our strength is 5 wide and getting our talented receivers in space on a fast track. Conversely, we don't take away the run when good competition want to play the screen, short passing game sprinkled in to a top rush attack. We need a dome if this mangmt team doesn't fix the O-line and add a dynamic runner to Josh's arsenal.
  14. He happens to be my favorite nephew. We're very proud.
  15. One good game by Tremaine against NE, and you'll be on the bandwagon. I think the adjustments made by Frazier in the 2nd half will help Edmunds and our defense going forward.
  16. Your example proves nothing, just as a highlight reel of him running down backs and TEs sideline to sideline proves nothing. Blaming him for tackles missed by us over the 6 losses, even games he didn’t play in,is the mentality of fans that pile on players they don't like. Look at our overall run defense. Why single out one guy. What's the problem with blah, blah, and blah.
  17. The formula for beating Brady is pressure up the middle. The Giants used it and we got 0 pressure all day long until Milano sacked him to set up the last drive that should have won us the game if integrity in officiating existed. Edmunds is an easy target for frustrated fans, who won't admit with the investment in the D-line our front four is pedestrian.
  18. Exactly my point. Edmunds gets roasted by this board because of all the team's shortcomings. He's not that bad.
  19. Your just looking to assign blame for a defense that hasn't been good against top competition all year. We gave up big yardage rushing against Tennessee, Indy(without Edmunds),NE and Tampa, losing all four. We need Edmunds to play better, but if our front doesn't even get near the QB and we keep giving up long touchdown runs, don't expect one guy to save the day. We can't protect our QB and can't run the ball. There's a lot of blame to go around.
  20. Anyone consider before destroying Edmunds that he maybe playing in the wrong scheme or not being coached well enough to perform in our current defense. While everyone admits Star, Epenesa, Hughes and Rousseau have been either underachieving or unavailable, that leaves incredible pressure and responsibility on Edmunds. If you believe a defense functions as a cohesive unit to be successful, how can we dump all of the blame on the inefficient defense on Edmunds. No pressure from front four, no tackles for losses by front four and safeties and dbs out of position on long runs. Edmunds was out of position and reacted slowly on plays in the 1st half, no question, but exonerating the DC and the rest of our defense is silly. You get speed, tackling with physicality and length with Edmunds. It behooves these defensive coaches to put him in the best scheme and gameplan to succeed.
  21. That's the reason to change offensive philosophy in the red zone. Dabol and Josh are connected but we can't fritter away seasons having Josh's versatility and incredible talents wasted with predictable ,low percentage plays. Devoid of a run blocking line and dependable short yardage back, how hard are we to defend in a compressed area. Coordinator changes and better suited personnel for red zone scoring should be a priority in the offseason.
  22. Star is back? Star played in 5 games. Star is recovering from Covid. Star suited up for NE and stunk up the field. His best season, I don’t think so. Oliver's been our best lineman.
  23. That was a solid take. Believe this, that game, was exhibit one. for the case of Josh Allen being the toughest and most talented QB in football for the next decade. He overcame a clueless game plan, extreme hometown officiating and unmerciful punishment and injuries at the hands of a ferocious front seven that could pin their ears back knowing we weren't ever running the ball, to lead us to a win from 21 down if the game was refereed correctly.
  24. This team is on the precipice of becoming the team that wins out and storms into the playoffs as a live contender for the SB, or total extinction. Josh will play hurt and lead us as he did in the 2nd half yesterday. He is the ultimate gamer and as long as there's no fractures or a high ankle sprain, he will shrug off turf toe and play through it.
