  1. I feel your frustration with the LBs in general. The problem is that TEs, Harry and that huge full back were getting to the 2nd level and our D-line was blocked by a talented O-line. The Bills stopped some runs early, but Edmunds didn't have his best game. I'm not excusing his performance, but he's an easy target. Did you hear Oliver,Star or Hughes's name mentioned last night. I thought Phillips and Poyer played well but Rousseau and Epenesa looked timid.
  2. Edmunds and Milano are speedy, useful LBS. If our front is going to be pushed around by O-lines, they might give up yardage. Bottom line, Hyde got victimized on Harris's long run and there were missed tackles on Harris's other long run Stephenson long run. You want to put the loss on Edmunds, it doesn’t explain the red zones failures in the 4th qtr. That's where I would start to fix this team.
  3. The roster is definitely good enough, but the reason we lose games is that we think Josh can do it all. Good NFL defenses can neutralize QB driven offenses if they are predictable. There was no reason not to score on one of the 2 long 4th qtr drives. If you have a good red zone play caller, you could at least get two chip shot FGs. It didn't take a genius to know they were taking away the run and Josh's RPOs. This is a bottom line league. Either you can score TDs from the red zone or you need a new OC.
  4. With Knox, factor in drops and hope that his completions, outweigh them. He's seems to be improving this year. The false start can't happen in that spot. The team played hard and if Bass makes that kick, the game might have been different. Very tough loss and now there is no room for error. Tampa is on a roll and NE will be tough at home. We probably will need to win one of those two.
  5. There is a distinct problem with our red zone offense that has been costing us games(Tenn, NE,). Dabol has not designed plays to get TDs from close in. Sean also is making crucial mistakes with challenges and wasting TOs. Finally, never again consider this team built for Buffalo in Dec. and Jan.
  6. The Bills shouldn't be offended by the knee-jerk media insults. They haven't proven anything since the KC Wipeout. Beating up on bottom feeders doesn't translate torespect, especially combined with the embarrassment against Indy and Tenn. Go out, in our house and shut these NE worshipping bandwagoneers up. This is where our D must show up. No silly penalties and bone thumping tackling.
  7. The spread is based strictly on the streak the Pats own and our ugly struggles vs Indy and Jax. You're absolutely right in this game being different for the Pats with a hostile crowd on steroids and bad weather conditions. The idea of getting an early lead will be crucial. Looks like a tight, low scoring affair.
  8. Conveniently left out the ineptitude against Indy 2 weeks ago and KC at home last season on a Monday night. I don't count Houston because they mailed that game in.
  9. This team with Josh and great receivers are built for a fast track. A retractable dome stadium is a must not to mention how great it would be for our fanbase. Why ask fans, in this day and age, to suffer through lake effect storm conditions? The sad reality is that Josh struggles in wet conditions.
  10. Let's see how Mac does on Monday night with our defense and the Stadium deafening signal callers. If he survives that we can talk about NE and KC in the championship game. My feeling is the Bills know this game can catapult them into home field throughout thus NE will get their best. We haven't seen Josh's best yet this season. Bills get an early lead and the defense plays downhill. You can match positions all you want, when a team gets down early generally young QBs get uncomfortable.
