  1. I think the same thing about the Bills. Could have had DK. Instead, they trade up for Ford. Would have been a much different looking 2019 season with DK, Brown and Beasley. They had a great defense that year. A little more offensive fire power and I bet they would have won the division. However, they would have unlikely landed Diggs. They would have been later in the draft and MN probably would have found a different team with better draft positioning. Like NE.
  2. I don’t. He will keep the Patriots competitive and out of the top 10 in the draft. Think Bills drought. He will also beat teams that are a threat. Don’t want two easy wins for the Dolphins and Jets.
  3. More disappointed that the all red uniforms are coming back again. Are they doing the all blues again as the primary? I hope not.
  4. He is not getting paid. Drifting into the injury zone. Colts would rather see how he does in his 4th year then tag him if he is reasonably close to his 2021 numbers. He is using the only leverage he has and that’s to sit. He still has another year left on his rookie deal. No way they will tag him. They have the luxury to wait and see how he does.
  5. I was wrong about this guy. I thought the Patriots got a good one.
  6. I don’t get it. Who thinks this looks good and gives the approval? It’s brutal.
  7. I do sympathize with the RB. They heavily sacrifice themselves. Not just getting tackled but also blocking guys who could be 100 lbs larger than them routinely. I think the first franchise tag should be two years, not one, at the next increment of player. Usually TE. This year it would be $11.3M. RBs would get +$22M. They would be thrown on scrap heap after that but at least they would get a great nest egg for the rest of their life. Do this for all RBs regardless of when drafted. Also, give them the option of refusing the tag so they can test the open market and not be forced to hold out.
  8. I’m sure it was said earlier but at least he didn’t go to the Chiefs, Bengals or AFCE. Maybe he can help the Titans beat some teams that are a danger like the Jags.
  9. Put the charging Buffalo on that helmet and make the pant stripe match the helmet stripe and voila! The perfect uniform. It’s magic!
  10. To be fair Allen was not elite until 2020. But I get your point.
  11. Is the strong Joe F. connection a myth? Bills website says Kay Stephens initiated the change. Maybe it was for the benefit of Joe in general but might have not been the only reason. He might have came up with the idea regardless who was at QB. It seems like Joe gets the credit/blame depending on your point of view.
  12. Jim Bob Cooter? Is that a real person or prank?
  13. Agreed. Even with the white jerseys they still looked odd because of the blue numbers.
  14. Wires hanging out of the wall is an elegant touch. Just needs thrashed carpet and then it is pretty much perfect.
  15. Arizona gets the 1st pick in the draft. Chicago 2nd. Will be super interesting to see what team abandons their current QB for Caleb Williams.
  16. Ehhh, mixed bag. Some of those fired were the old school style where they didn’t act like clowns.
  17. You could be right. Josh’s comments might have nothing to do with Diggs. But there is no mistaking that the optics looks bad.
  18. Helmet is good. As mentioned in other posts, that gray mono look is by far the worst in the league. The blue helmet makes it even more gross. A throwback helmet paired with the attempted modern uniform doesn’t make sense. The T-Day game was hard to watch with those unis. Don’t understand why someone thought that was a good idea.
  19. Loved the Cody Ford pick. Thought he would be a fixture on the line for years to come.
