  1. That’s ridiculous. You don’t get to do what you want when you lease anything. Do you get to add a second story when you lease a house? Do you get to enter a demolition derby when you lease a car?
  2. But many of the stadiums are not private. They are either owned by the government or heavily financed by the government.
  3. Miami should be in the AFC south. Colts should be in AFC north and the Ravens should be in the east.
  4. I more concerned about our height. This a 3D league now.
  5. Sure I can. The Chargers wanted to move. Plain and simple. The value of the team increased a lot with move to LA. But They didn’t have to move. They could have got a new stadium in the County.
  6. Try and win every game possible. Winning leads to more winning. I think that attitude will help attract quality FA in 2019 which will be a big goal for the FO. All things being equal, I would rather join a team that tries to win every week as opposed to one at some point in the season looks at games as try-outs.
  7. The Q was bad. No doubt. If there was a team that had a legitimate need for a new stadium it was the Chargers. But Spanos had little interest in staying. Looked for the hardest option to achieve and it gave him out to leave when it couldn’t get done.
  8. The City no but they could have been successful with the County. He wanted a downtown stadium or nothing at all.
  9. Sounds like the baby steps of moving the team. Saw the same thing with Chargers (I live in Southern California). Spanos kept saying it can’t be done even though he had options. His option A was too lofty to achieve and decided to go. Planned failure with built in excuse to leave.
  10. I was very unsure about Big Ben. Had no idea he would be this good.
  11. How do we keep our seconds in this scenario unless we assume Ward is still there at 12? 4 - Allen 12 - Ward (hopefully) 16 - Edmunds
  12. Beane navigated the draft beautifully. No doubt though we got a little lucky with the Browns picking Ward.
  13. I was a little disappointed that they didn’t take Rosen but definitely not mad. More surprised than anything. But my disappointment didn’t last long. After reading more about him and the draft in general I think the FO made the right choice. I’m pretty excited he is on our team. And I have no problems with what it cost the Bills to get him. In fact, I think Beane did a great job keeping our other 1st rounder and not giving anything up in the 2019 draft.
  14. I like the uniforms a lot and would not change them except for one thing. Get rid if that navy blue trim. It seems unnecessary and a leftover from that previous generation of uniforms.
  15. It would be super interesting to see the Bills but logically it would be a distraction and thus a no go for me. Cleveland would be be a fun watch. Would look forward to the season if it was them.
  16. New to this forum. I’m a lonely Bills fan in Santa Barbara. Im curious about everyone’s opinion of Zay Jones for the upcoming season. I know he has nowhere to go but up, but will he blossom this year and make a major contribution? I think a solid performance by him could go a long way to getting this offense to the middle of the pack.
