  1. Agree on Cincy. They are so so solid and are peaking at the exact perfect time. I don't know that it matters if the game is in Cincy or Buffalo if the Bills make it out of the Wild Card...that game against Cincy will be HARD and I don't know that we have the dogs to stay with them.
  2. He's Mike Tyson (I don't remember who said that in the media but it makes sense). He's always going for the knockout. But if you hang with him and keep it a boxing match instead of a slug fest he will eventually keep trying the KO and gets burned sometimes.
  3. I think some of it is Allen not throwing to them. He gets so focused on Diggs that he doesn't seem to keep all his options open. Same thing in the redzone...its all TD with him (which is good) but he has to know that FGs also count as points and INTs don't!
  4. Gashing teams in the run seems to also boost the whole team's confidence and will to dominate. Throwing the ball is fun...but if it isn't working it isn't working.
  5. Seems so. I imagine they will figure some things out in the second half and might win a close one. But playing like this won't hold up against most of the AFC playoff teams. Both Cincy and KC look exactly how you would want to look right before the playoffs. Just clicking and firing on all cylinders. The Bills just seem to constantly shoot themselves in the foot and make every single game WAY harder than it has to be.
  6. No identity either. They have drives where they throw every play. Others where they mostly run. Regardless of what is or isn't working. They don't do a great job of mixing things up within one drive. When they do, they have success (see their lone offensive TD drive). It's frustrating.
  7. Looking forward to Allen's typical "I can't put the team in a bad spot, I have to play better" remarks. 100 yards in the first half, a TD and a terrible pick. Mac is outplaying him by a mile.
  8. Of course. This team can't help but make mistakes and get injured.
  9. Still feeling good about the team? They look great against a below average team (for like the 8th time this season). This isn't how you play heading into the playoffs. This is how you play to get bounced in your first game in the playoffs. Don't like my posts, put me on ignore.
  10. What a joke of a performance this is.
  11. And the Divisional games if they play like this next week (which they likely will as this is how the Bills have played for about 2+ months).
  12. Pretty bad offense too. One good drive. Terrible O-line play. Going to be a tough pill to swallow next week.
  13. This is a one-and-done Bills team after such a promising start to the year. We make every team seem like one of the NFL's best.
  14. 6D Chess at it's finest
  15. We need to save Prime Time Josh for later in the playoffs. Just like in a movie...save the magic for the end.
  16. Hopefully not. Would be nice to get a Sunday 1 PM in wild card and divisional (assuming we get there). The worst combo would Sunday or Monday night, then Saturday the next weekend.
  17. Right, but that's my point. If it's such a sure thing, you should bet a ton of money on it. Which people probably won't...because anything can happen. All I'm saying is, injuries/attrition/wear and tear are huge issues with this team right now (even if we are currently more healthy than we've been), one injury to any key player and we are probably screwed as we have no depth anymore. I think without the bye week, resting some guys tomorrow is probably more valuable than being the 2 seed vs. the 3 seed. What mojo?
  18. Expect? Not sure. Baltimore is an extremely well-coached team. Obviously a huge drop off with Huntley, but it's a division game. Who knows. How much money are you putting on Cincy to win?
  19. Uh-oh, the old "are you even a fan" question. Yep, been a fan for 35 years. Are you a Bills fan? Serious question.
  20. -Add in Allen ankle injury to dirty play -Losing the 1 seed
  21. Cincy could also still lose to Balt giving the Bills the 2 seed without having to win. Losing more key players to injury basically means a likely one and done the in the playoffs. We HAD depth to begin the season, but our depth is now starting games...we don't have much left in the well player-wise if we sustain more injuries.
  22. With the upheaval of the MNF game, I think the players do need the routine of getting ready for the game, playing, etc. But I wouldn't risk injury to key players against a desperate Patriots team for the whole game. Maybe even bench them after the 1st quarter.
  23. Give them a half, then rest them. Need all the rest they can get.
  24. I would argue Cincy is the most balanced. We don't have much in the passing game lately outside Diggs. Our O line's pass blocking is a liability. And Allen's health is a concern (elbow for a while and now his ankle). A bye would have been so key for some more rest. This season has been one of utter attrition. Losing the 1 seed this way sucks. Even the Bills know how important it is considering they talked about it all off season. People who are poo pooing it (not saying you are) are just sugar coating things and lying to themselves.
