  1. Can’t see them freeing up this money to spend on another receiver... this Is going towards Williams or a pass rusher
  2. Someday we might look back at AJE as the steal of the 2020 draft... But I suspect it won’t be during the 2021 season...
  3. Who is gonna pay for his boat?
  4. $20 mil guaranteed on a two year deal is sweet... Milano mightn't see that on a 4 year deal...
  5. Out of interest... what do you like about him? Can’t say he is on my radar... but only 27... He is earning minimum money at the Colts who signed him to a 1 yr $1.2M deal after his rookie contract so that doesn’t say a lot...
  6. He will fit right in then...
  7. Moton looking at the franchise tag or finalising a longer term deal with the Panthers ( not yet official though..) https://www.nfl.com/news/panthers-expected-to-franchise-tag-ot-taylor-moton
  8. I just don’t see Beane giving up a pick ( even a 6th or 7th) and paying Ertz $8M ( even if he agrees a restructure and pushes some of this into the future) ....not this year when the bloodbath is in the horizon... if I am wrong I will add you to the list in this thread that I will apologise too...I think you are Number 4...
  9. Where did you get that idea 😉
  10. Exactly my thoughts... I think people are underestimating how wild this FA period is going to be...
  11. I just think he is likely to be let go .. I don’t like the situation of giving up a pick ( even a day 3 one) ... paying him $8M in 2021 and then trying to negotiate an extension...what are you going to pay him in 2022 and beyond? I have outlined other options I prefer to do in the thread if interested ...
  12. They need to likely bring in 2 guys to replace Kroft and Smith... I could see them bringing in a cheaper Vet for a year and then taking a swing in the draft on a Day 2 pick...
  13. Maybe he want to win a SB too before he retires
  14. We will see if they trade for Ertz then.. I would be surprised but if they do I'll revisit and give you the approriate kudos..
  15. I think Beane would rather have the 7th round pick to roll the dice and try to find another Dane Jackson
  16. Fair enough.. we will agree to disagree on this one... I wouldnt pay him $8m and a draft pick for the next two years... My preference would be to go with a 1 yr rental on someone like Jared Cook for $2M a year and take a Tommy Tremble in the draft...
  17. But he has to agree too right? So the additional money on top of the $8M he gets in 2021 has to be tempting enough to stop him wanting to go through free agency next year when we think the cap is a lot more than 2021... I would be happy to roll the dice that the under the pump Eagles have to release him...
  18. I like him to fill the WR4/5 and Kick returner role that McKenzie and Roberts are sharing... I like him in the 5th.. you cant have everybody and I have my eye on other candidates earlier... If someone else takes him beforehand then such is life.. Its not like they are missing out on the next Julio Jones
  19. Why would he want to restructure if a team trades for him and they have to pay his $8.25M salary and he hits Free agency next year? I would be furious if the Bills gave up a pick and did that..
  20. I see possible draft options for Milano like Cox, Surratt in the 2nd... I dont see an easy replacement for Williams.. even at 30... You are more than likely reaching for someone I think, like Eichenberg or Radunz... I think Leatherwood projects as a Guard...
  21. I would go to $10 Mil .... A three year deal at $30M that you can move on from the last year if he isnt cutting it.. But with Moton supposedly getting the franchise tag.. Someone will pay Williams more... Could be a pretty bad team through like the Bengals or Jags...
