Why are you thinking that our offense in preseason game 1 was philosophy-based rather than what it usually is, which is a tool for evaluating the roster and picking starters? Do you think if we had an established starter at QB, Daboll would have called so many passes? I don't. I just don't think many OCs call preseason games based on their philosophy.

Hi guys, Looking for recommendations for restaurants OPEN EARLY (9:45 or so) on gameday mornings for takeout to a tailgate. Yes I know Wegmans is always an option. Blasdell Pizza has come thru for me before as well. Was hoping maybe Bar Bill opens early for takeout. Any tried and true favorites out there? Thanks for all ideas!

I have to add my vote for the Bar Bill in East Aurora as a super spot for both beef on weck and wings. Made my first visit earlier this week and had the best of both in a single meal. Out of this world. Combine that stop with a pre-gameday visit to the Bills store.

It's a very sound mindset with his focus on the task at hand. Far better than being insecure and worried about how the other QBs are doing. I'm quite sure he realizes that if he learns his craft well enough, he will end up as the starter.
