  1. Dion Dawkins LT Ryan Bates LG Mitch Morse C Dalton Risner RG Dawand Jones RT Backups: Boettger Brown Doyle Forsyth
  2. True. But, could we switch to more man coverage and base 4-3? Less nickel with current players and only some minor changes? More than likely we are losing Edmunds and Poyer. So we need to do something to replace them anyways. Draft/FA still ahead... Elam and White can play man. We have Bernard and Milano (will&slb) already on contract. Just need a good/true MLB and a Great saftey.
  3. I don't recall seeing or reading Poyer as playing safety in college ๐Ÿค”. He was a CB and a special teamer when he got drafted by Philly. And was CB4 and a punt returner. Don't think he played safety until the switch when he went to Cleveland. He seems to have worked out ok. Why not Benford? He has better measurables...
  4. So basically, we need Diggs jr.๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜
  5. Culmination of things. New OC, Oline changes, Josh hurting his elbow, wr had too many drops, keeping Knox in as a blocker instead of being an extra weapon more than in the past. Multiple injuries to the D and one heck of a challenging year on and off the field. Even with all of that, we were 13-3, won the division and a playoff game. May not have ended the way we would have liked, but you've got to give the entire team credit for hanging tough and achieving what they did under the circumstances. I am confident with a couple of small tweaks and some people gaining some experience, we will be right back in the mix of things this year. ๐Ÿ˜
  6. Well, if you believe what you read, it was the WR coach. ๐Ÿ˜‰
  7. People say that they brought Beasley back because McKenzie wasn't able to fill the void. Maybe they brought him back because Shakir wasn't up to par and wasn't any better than Lil Dirty in the slot.๐Ÿค”. Maybe he didn't earn more playing time.๐Ÿคท
  8. Yup. Don't let the door hitya where the good lord splitya. Enjoy South Beach. ๐Ÿ˜‰
  9. I agree with trading back a few spots. Just a no trade Mock and Jones is a monster that can play both RT and LT. Jarrett is what I am calling "Diggs Jr." ๐Ÿ˜
  10. I think it will be a tough draft without any trades. I do think G and Saftey will be addressed outside of the draft and probably a few more than normal UDFA'S.
  11. The thing is, it has to be an average line ranked with an average QB. Then when you have a QB like Allen, you can get away with it. Having an average OL with Allen as QB, tells me it's NOT good at all. For example, Ours.๐Ÿ˜‰
  12. Well, considering 12 out of the 14 you listed played quite a bit for us this past season, I'd have to go with a 13-3 regular season record.๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜
  13. Their "Special"?๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜
  14. Personally, I'd rather have Basham put back on the 10-20lbs he lost and play him at 3-tech and leave Groot outside.
  15. Was thinking the same thing. He doesn't want to be there, but if they pay him what he wants, he'll stick around.
  16. Draft - Zach Harrison DE/Edge Ohio St (NOT 1st rnd). FA - DJ Chark WR
  17. I like Johnson as well, but I wouldn't use our 3rd on him. If he is there for our 4th, I would take him at 130. Otherwise I agree with you and wait to see what shakes free.
  18. I picked Other. Sometimes you just got to be different. ๐Ÿ˜ DAWAND JONES. (BIG LETTERS for a BIG guy). LT, put Dawkins at LG. RT, put Brown at RG. I know where my RB would be going.๐Ÿ˜‰ Could be interesting.
  19. I think we do. I like Lawson, but he's not the answer. Then we have AJ and Basham. We need some Juice off the edge until Von is ready. Also need to keep in mind, there is an out after yr 3 for Von. Basically we have Groot and then average guys. I AM NOT saying 1st rnd...
  20. IMO, I still think it's too early to give up on Brown. Replace him next year if need be. Personally, I'd like at least 1 FA G (Risner maybe. On a reasonable contract. Can play both LG/RG if needed) to pair with Brown. Don't want a rookie next to Brown. At this point I think Morse will play this season (unless cut). If Morse isn't back, Id rather put a rookie in at C sandwiched between 2 vets. Move Bates back to LG Where he played well. Re-sign Ike as a backup. Draft a C (maybe Tippmann) and a G (Vorhees). Could probably also sign Hart, Quessenberry and dare I say Saffold as backups if needed.
  21. Didn't we try this with Cody Ford?๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ˜‰. So wouldn't this be picking for need? I thought we we're supposed to go BPA at value? Or is it BPA or positional value, or BPA at a position of need? I'm so confused!๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ˜ฑ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ I do agree, OL and WR should be priority (at least as of today).๐Ÿ‘
  22. Well, you know, if they move White to Saftey we are going to need a corner. ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜
  23. I did read your post, hence the original reply. You asked a question and I answered it with what I thought was a very reasonable response. The same question gets asked every offseason to those of us that enjoy doing Mocks. If I hurt your feelings, I apologize as it was not my intent. But, I could also say the same about your response. You could have just given a couple of names of people you like, an opinion on the player and where you think they will fit in the draft. Instead you reply with what came across as a smarta$$ response and a link to a site most of us have probably already read before doing our Mocks. You good? We GOOD? WE ALL GOOD. Now let's get back to the Bills and discussing football.
  24. They will probably change more than 2 times even after the combine. Heck, mine has changed more than twice in the last hour. You don't like mocks, that's fine. You think they are useless, OK. Some of us do enjoy doing them, sharing thoughts, opinions and discussing them. Nobody if forcing you to look at them or asking you to respond. You can always go to the We Traded Mahomes thread or Brady Retires or a hundred other ones that have nothing to do with the Bills. We all have choices.
