  1. Overhype? Guy almost died. Or, he *did* die and had to be resussitated. I'd think this guy an a** for his other stunts. This, though, this crossed a line. Would it be fine for him to go into a hospital and mock other patients that nearly died? Seriously, I'd still think him an absolute piece of trash otherwise, but I'd shrug and let it go. Mocking a show of support for a critcally injured player? That's classless, and an absoulte d*** move.
  2. Taking a shot at Hamlin goes beyond smack talk. How is being upset over an opposing player taking a shot at a guy that almost died being a "sore loser"?
  3. One? Burrow's refund comment is just another example. Mean? Dude took a shot at Hamlin. That's beyond mean, it's disgusting. That you can hand-wave it is embarrassing.
  4. This guy actually made me decide to root for the Chiefs this weekend. There's having some fire and nastiness, and then there's being an a**.
  5. Dorsey and Frazier should go. Neither one will. This will be blamed on emotion, the turmoil and injuries.
  6. But...but...hey, we were 14-3, right? I mean, that's what I kept being told. There can't be any problems because we're 12-3, 13-3, etc... How did that work out?
  7. Burrow had all day to throw. Allen was under siege. Not exactly a level field upon which to judge.
  8. We were up to the GB game. We slid at that point and never fully recovered.
  9. Remind me how many penalties on Cincy again? Buffalo defenders so much as sneezes on a Bengal and there's a flag. To be clear, officiating didn't lose them the game. Cincy owned them. But we can admit the officiating was horrible even if it wasn't the reason we lost.
  10. NFL saves face. No neutral site AFCCG. That's why the refs were against us. That being said, we got outplayed and owned. Both coordinators need to go. We were outcoached. Yes, missing Von Miller hurt bad, but the rest of the team needed to put up a better fight. This team was utterly unprepared. Completely. Time to stop making excuses, and start making changes.
  11. Um, refs? Cinci is outplaying us anyway. They don't need your help over and over. One was ruled a TD without seeing the ball cross the line. We're losing this one to "not enough evidence to overturn".
  12. Something a lot of people need to realize, everyone is allowed an opinion. As for theirs? The talk that matters will be on the field.
  13. That and the Bills always start slow. Their 1st quarter production is left in the dust by the 2nd-4th. They were leading in the quarter we're worst at.
  14. If both teams play their best game, Buffalo wins. I firmly believe that. This game is going to come down to mistakes. Allen really needs to take what the defense gives him. While a home-run bomb is nice, a slow, methodical drive down the field kills a lot of time and keeps Burrow off the field. This will be the crux of the game. That said, I am confident. IMHO, this game is not Buffalo's game to win, so much as their game to lose.
  15. Um...Josh can be making mistakes and Dorsey can be as well. These are not mutually exclusive. Someone commenting on Josh's mistakes does not excuse Dorsey's.
  16. Not in the least. I respect his great ability and can see past him beating us. I'd have nothing but respect for him, were it not for one thing. The never-ending whining. Someone so much as sneezes on him, or enters his personal space or, heaven forbid, touch his sacred body he runs off crying to the refs. And all too often there is a flag thrown only after he started whining. Never seen any of the great ones do this. Before anyone says it, yes, all QBs embellish to a point, even Josh. But nobody does it with the frequency and utter lack of subtlety and discretion that TB12 does.
  17. Gotta be Daboll. His 1st season is eerily similar to McD's. Change the culture and take a team nobody expected to the playoffs where they really shouldn't be, based on the roster. Then he one-upped him by winning his first playoff game against a tough Vikings team that seemed to have a horseshoe crammed up its rear all season. Blame whatever you want, but we didn't beat them. Giants did. It's rare, but I think this year's CotY is obvious.
  18. Do they do division games for these international ones?
  19. https://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/nfl/nfl-world-furious-with-league-s-announcement-tonight/ar-AA16nRiP I started a post awhile back asking why we couldn't use a chip to determine where the ball is/was. Apparently they can do this, determining the Ravens QB was 0.5 yards short of the goal line.
  20. KC fans should be thrilled that JAX has one less day to rest, recover and game plan. Bills never lost a home playoff game until they did (was at that one >.>)
  21. During yesterday's game? Because that's all this thread is about.
  22. Look at the Patriots' run. While there were a couple years they looked dominant, many years they looked real good, but flawed. They looked beatable. But they kept winning all the same. We may not look 14-3, but we're 14-3. Two of our three losses were to this year playoff teams, and all three were by 3 or less points. And all this while decimated by injuries. We looked rough yesterday, but divisional games often are. Look at the Ravens/Bengals game. We are who we are, and this team can grind out a win against anyone. They may not be the Tyson they were Weeks 1 and 2, but they're doing just fine as a Foreman right now.
  23. Oh, and you're absolutely right. Only an idiot would think this thread would become a discussion about the big picture. I'm not an idiot, so I never thought it would happen, thank you. (Lesson here: If you are going to call someone an idiot, you'd best not screw up your own post.)
  24. If someone is not interested in the specific topic they could, you know, not reply at all. Crazy talk, I know. 🙄
