Buffalo destroyed the Pats early one season, week one if I recall. Brady threw four picks, including one Adams returned with all the glory and gracefulness of a bowling ball going down a flight of stairs. ...the Pats finished that season with a total of two losses and a Super Bowl ring. It's one game.

Honestly, I was dreading a new uni, but I actually really like these. Not as a new main uni or anything, but they're at least thematic for Buffalo. I prefer them to the red jerseys.

Our pass rush was nonexistent last season. If you try and fix it, the best you can do is get enough players to fix the starting 11. You can't get enough players in one offseason to not only overhaul the starting line, but also provide depth. All yesterday proved is that if our starters go down, our pass rush goes with them. Alarming, yes, but not unexpected. Now if the season begins, and our starters can't get to the QB, *then* I'll push the panic button.

That doesn't sound right. Go into the draft a year early, don't like who takes you so you say, nah, dude, and try again next year?

You made my point. I was never down on Josh. I saw the same flashes. But, onto your memory, do you remember these forums that year, calling him "Wrong Josh" and a bust? The point to my reply was that a year is nowhere near enough time to fully evaluate a draft pick.

Diggs is exactly what Josh needed at the time. Then, Josh outgrew him. Still think it's smart paring him with a young QB.

We need to innovate. Beyond the pushing peeps we need some 350-400 pound bulk to start in motion, and then at the snap take all that mass in motion, turn, and just plow into the back of the guy with the ball. 🤣

If they cared about safety, why not use the 4th and 15 suggested variant? Would be exciting, and no more dangerous then any other normal play.

I agree there is a problem that could use addressing. This, however, is not a good solution.

Feel bad for him. People forget he actually looked like a beast at first with us. Just, was never the same after that injury. I can understand wanting to chase another ring, but if he gets one it will be in spite of him, not because of him.

IIRC, since the league eliminated the bye week for the #2 Seed, Buffalo has been the #2 Seed every season.

Hate it. It punishes division winners that win brutal divisions by potentially seeding them under a Wild Card from a division with two chump teams.

I have high hopes. Two reasons. The improvement on D. We *have* to be able to get to elite QBs, or we're gonna get carved up...like we have been. Lamar isn't elite come playoff time, so we got past them, but look at the Rams and Lions games. Look at what Mahomes does to us on the regular, and just how the Eagles dealt with him. Second, I think the fans have hit Chiefs burnout, meaning I think the NFL's gonna stop favoring them as badly as they did last years with bogus calls and BS, putting us on a level playing field. Hell, we might even get the NFL's favor this year. Josh is ratings, and the narrative of the Bills finally toppling the Chiefs might be the narrative they're looking for.

Please god, no. Of course the AFC East would be one of the two first divisions stuck with them. I swear to god if the NFL forces us to wear them vs. the Chiefs this year...
