  1. I refuse to check my blood pressure right now... >.> Go Bills!
  2. Bills fans are insane. They'll be there. At least one will be shirtless. 😆
  3. We should have this. All signs point to it. I believe the Bills are the better team, and at home. Five-game winning streak, a big surge to not only make the playoffs, but take the #2 seed. And next week we get Mahomes and KC here, finally. It all looks to be lining up nicely. ...and that's what has me nervous as all hell. It's all lined up too nicely. A loss today would be horribly disappointing.
  4. Admittingly we talk crap about them, the fans. I mean, they're bashing the city and everyone here, not just fans. That's the difference.
  5. 'Phins fans are flailing over there. Now there is an entire thread dedicated to bashing Buffalo and the Mafia.. https://finheaven.com/threads/anyone-else-live-in-buffalo-ny.382172/page-3 I mean, this is just childish at this point. 🙄
  6. Just frustrated people are still equating "fixed" to "scripted" despite my explaining the difference every 2-3 pages here.
  7. Never said either was cool. Just saying it's far, far easier to fix/nudge a game then it is to script it.
  8. Never said there wasn't. Let me say this yet again, slowly, as some people still don't get it. Fixed...is...not...the...same...as...scripted! Fixed is giving teams nudges toward desired outcomes. It's not scripting ahead of time. Nudging is overlooking a blatent PI at the goal line vs. Tampa right in front of your face two years ago forcing an OT that allowed Brady to pull out a win. If people still can't understand the difference between fixed and scripted I don't know what else I can do. Use pictures? Smaller words?
  9. Can't argue that, I suppose. 🤔
  10. Storylines. Buffalo isn't big market, but Allen is a draw. If we win, we host KC. KC @ BUF = ratings. Ratings = $$$. I wouldn't be surprised if the refs lean a lil our way on Monday. In fact, if Buffalo does win, who's left in the AFC? Well only MVP Lamar, proto-GOAT Mahomes, rookie sensation Stroud and highlight-reel (good and bad) Allen.
  11. As much as I enjoy seeing the Dolphins flail, maybe we should wait on this until we beat the Steelers. If we end up blowing that game this thread will have aged poorly.
  12. See? KC gets the benefit of refball. This is a reason I don't want to play them! We already know what the refs think of "that wasn't a horse-collar" Allen.
  13. Honestly, we're not assured a game with KC. We have to win first. That's not a forgone conclusion. And if we lose, KC gets another 🤬 home playoff game.
  14. Miami's D is doing what it can with the injuries it has. Worse, their O can't stay on the field, so the D is getting gassed. This loss is 100% on Tua and the offense.
  15. KC worries me. I want them out of the playoffs. We're likely ending up in Baltimore if we make the Championship game either way. I don't want to see KC in the Super Bowl again, and they have the experience to win any game. Yes, we can beat them. But if Buffalo has an off game for some reason I like their chances against Houston more then KC.
  16. Tua could have run for that 1st. Just had to put his head down.
  17. I'd rather play Houston. KC has heaps of postseason experience, I don't trust them. And if we play KC, they get an extra two days to prep for us.
  18. Wait, this game is only on Peacock? Kidding, I only heard this a thousand times during the CLE/HOU game and a hundred during the pre-game show for this one. I went from eyerolling to actually getting annoyed.
  19. I worry far more about KC then Miami. I do not want to lose to KC in the playoffs again, and Miami will not beat Baltimore. As added incentive, my nightmare scenario is us losing Monday, Baltimore losing in the Divisional Round, paving the way for Mahomes to not have to leave Arrowhead until the Super Bowl. >.>
  20. I hated the idea of that trade. The funny part is, the worst-case scenario for the Browns that I imagined came true. They traded their future away and rolled the dice on a single player. A single player that could just drop off in performance, get injured, etc...
  21. I'm honestly curious what kind of full offensive scheme Brady would implement given an off-season to do so. Remember that in the end he's still stuck running Dorsey's scheme this season. What we're seeing now might not be anything like next season.
