  1. I really hate to say it, but the league is starting to become truly unwatchable. Between the European games being a disaster, to absolutely horrific officiating all-around. It's obvious these games are being "nudged" by the NFL. This season they've just stopped trying to hide it.
  2. Yeah, but the Jets were worn down from all those run plays. The runs, even though everyone knew they were running, were netting yards at the end there. The weather was terrible and the kicker already missed one. All things being equal, yes, you kick. But in this specific situation it was a mistake, and they got torched for it.
  3. Wow, Daboll needs to grow a pair. You have one of the best RBs, you need one 🤬 yard, and if you fail you still pin them deep. Instead, you hand it over to a FG kicker that already missed and watch him shank it. Then you get the ball in OT, a situation where, ya know, you need points, and you refuse to let your QB throw a meaningful pass...even on 3rd and 20! What did he think was going to happen? What was the endgame here? Honestly, if you were going to go so conservative on offense that you imploded into a black hole, why did you even take the ball in OT? Defer. Kick it off, make the Jets go a whole lot farther and hope your defense can force a mistake and win it for you. I just...what a string of idiot coaching decisions.
  4. I was going to say this, at least regarding taking the helmet off. Once the helmet was off though, it looked like an intentional swing.
  5. This is a distraction they don't need. Why would they sign off on this?
  6. What if there was no first-down markers and you were instead given fifteen dows for the entire drive? 🤔
  7. Can you play tic-tac-toe with real tic-tacs and toes? 🤔
  8. If you're leading at halftime you have a chance to extend the lead. If tied, the chance to take the lead. If down, the chance to catchup. It's that last part that really matters. Imposing your will is fine, but you're gambling on a single drive. If you don't succeed you've given up a big advantage.
  9. Honestly, I'd love to have him here. Problem is, there are a lot of problems to fix here, and RB ain't one of them. Unless you totally revamp the offense to feature Henry, Cook, Kincaid, Diggs and Davis. But again, that's a completely different offensive scheme. Not sure I'd trust Dorsey with the switch.
  10. His schemes have worked at times. The man can't adjust. And schemes don't adjust themselves.
  11. Side note, for those wondering why we keep playing in KC...there are two factors. First, we play the AFC West every third season, and the home/away alternates. We had them here in 2020. Aside from the AFC division you play, you also play the teams in the other two divisions that finished in your spot. The home/away alternates every two years. We got perfect stormed. We hosted KC in 2020 as part of playing the AFC West. In 2021 and 2022 we and KC both finished first, so we played each other and those two years happened to be the part of the cycle that stuck us in KC. Then this season we play the West again and thanks to alternating means we're in KC again. However, this means we will not have a regular season game in KC the next three seasons. If Bufallo finishes in the same spot as KC this season they'll host KC next season. Same the following season. And no matter what we're hosting them in 2026. We could end up hosting them three years in a row.
  12. It's not mutually exclusive, you know. The refs can actually be terrible the same time the Bills' are.
  13. I said Dorsey can't adjust if figured out. Let's see if he proves me wrong.
  14. But...but...we're 4-2. Doesn't that mean we're a great team and shouldn't worry about anything?
  15. I've proven that when a defense has figured out our offense, Dorsey cannot make timely adjustments, hense the "feast or famine" outcomes. This really isn't a difficult concept. I really can't understand why you're struggling to grasp it. If the "Bills score too many points" they'd be 6-0. Obviously they didn't. Not according to some people here! I'm being blasted by some for even suggesting Dorsey concerns me. We're 4-2, fool! We can't complain or worry about anything!
  16. I ask for an example with a gap. You did not, and cannot provide one. Thank you for proving me right. Don't worry, you'll get 'em next time for sure.
  17. Wait, I remember this thread from last year! People were concerned about the Bills after the Green Bay game. Other people pointed at the record and said people were foolish to complain, that the Bills were fine. Then the Bills squeeked past Miami at home against their waterboy at QB and got smoked at home by the Bengals. Almost...like they people who were worried had a reason. Crazy, I know! But sure, tell me it's insanity to worry about any aspect of this obvious Super Bowl juggernaut.
  18. 36, 24, 70, 20, 31, 42. Where's the gap? I think you misunderstood the assignment. Try again.
  19. That's...not a dead zone. That's not half very high, half low. I think you're missing the point entirely.
  20. Show another team with a winning record with that wide a dead zone in production right in the middle, with half the games in the high, and half in the low.
  21. To be able to do it. Again, since you obviously didn't read my post, when the offense clicks they're on fire. When an opposing D finds a way to shut it down, as has happened in half the games, Dorsey will not or cannot make adjustments. That is the point of concern. We were one uncalled defensive hold away from 3-3. Or does scoring 20 or less points in a full half their games not concern you?
  22. The defense is playing well, even injured. The offense can put up a lot of points, but if the opposing D figures out the scheme Dorsey cannot adjust. That's concerning. Buffalo has scored 37 or more points, and 20 or less, nothing in-between. If it's not feast, Dorsey can't stop the famine. Edit: Half the games were 37+, half were 20-. That's concerning.
  23. 16, 38, 37, 48, 20 and 14. As I said, when it works, it's great. When it doesn't he can't adjust. We've either scored 37+ or 20-, nothing between 21-36. That's telling.
  24. The other issue is that Dorsey continues to try and ram our players into his schemes, rather then design schemes around our players. Hines was misused (or not used) last season, Kincaid is being misused (or not used) this season. Beane brings in quality players that Dorsey just refuses to use b/c they don't fit his scheme.
