Have to admit that I was thinking Foster showed real promise. After the game though I’m still wondering how he could look so bad? Jekyll and Hyde! He must have a good outing this week or he’s done here!

Unless Zay shows us something more compared to last season (Yeah I know he has been injured); Reilly brings just as much game and could play special teams.

I’m really excited with Josh’s performance! He just needs time, how much is what I’m not sure of. 2 things I took as positive: He got hit right on the chin and chest after he threw. He sat there for a moment but that was it. Didn’t seem fazed at all afterwards. He also said in the locker room later that it takes getting hit a couple of times for it to feel like football again. Gotta love that!! This guy LOVES the game! We could have a good one finally Bills fans!!!

Some guys aren’t as strong as they look. Not sure if this is true with him yet or he is just raw. But the good thing is he is only 20.

Some of those snaps were terrible! Definitely can mess with your timing. Would like to see Allen with the ones. Of course that means top tier db’s as well.

Never really paid any attention to the Jill’s anyway. I’m there for the game. But to be honest Imo male dancers are just a negative distraction. After the all this “kneeling” crap, which isn’t over yet, this is all the more reason to exercise my right to choose to spend my time and money elsewhere! Preferably something without all this political correctness!!

Haven’t been able to go to camp because of work. Everyone I have talk to that has, have all said that he is very talented and stands out. Thanks again for the post. It’s nice for fans that can’t get there!

Looks good, he certainly has the gun to get it there. If he can display that kind of timing and ball placement in a a real game consistently then we got something!

Your a good man! But, in response to this post. Franchise Qb? Look I really like Allen and would love to finally say that we have a stud Qb. He hasn’t even had any pass rush yet! Anyone who has played the position knows it’s totally not the same thing without a pass rush. He has potential and can make any throw, but we will see.

Agreed. Unless Allen is the clear winner let experience start. If you look at our tough early schedule with so many road games. Why throw a rookie into that? If we are struggling offensively at the bye then put Allen in. If the team has a good record at that point continue with whoever is starting. Allen’s time will come! Injury to the starter may even be the reason. Just my opinion.

Mcd kept the locker room because he demonstrated that he would do whatever it took to spark the team hoping to win. Including later, taking total responsibility for something he did that failed! Its nice to finally have a good coach!!

That gives me some hope that the post season is not impossible this season. We could not stop the run, particularly in those 3 games. I feel that the off season changes should help that.

Great speech! What a journey God has taken Jim and his family on. Tons of respect for him. I remember how brash and cocky he was early in his career. Weren’t we all at that stage of life. What a man he is now! Jill is one heck of a good woman!! I admire her faith!!

He shouldn’t be feeling the pressure yet. Training camp hasn’t even started. As as far as starting day 1 I say no. Mainly because the first half of our season is tailor made for just this scenario. We have a lot of road games against tough teams not to mention the Pats at home. I’m expecting either Peterman or McCarron to struggle and we could very easily be below .500 by the end of Oct. A good time to make the switch and start Allen. If we are doing well with a winning record let him develop more. Does anyone really think that Peterman or McCarron can take us to the playoffs and be a franchise Qb and “ steal” Allen’s spot? And by stealing Allen’s spot I mean outperforming him long term.
