Romo best analyst by far. Collinsworth may be technically more accurate but Romo has better delivery. -
TNF: Jets @ Browns (TT vs Darnold)

Browns and Jets both better than Bills at this point. Only Oakland is worse. -

Darnold sucked at USC under pressure. Go back and watch WSU game. He was awful. -

Wow. Mayfield looks ok. Don't like how low his ball comes out. But so far I look like an idiot calling him highest bust potential predraft. Never liked Darnold and still dont. Only a small sample size so we will have to see what happens. Dak and Deshaun have already fallen back to earth -
Alabama would beat the Buffalo Bills, 'analysts' say

Total BS. Said the same when they substituted Cleveland or Detroit. Any NFL offense would put up 70+ points on Alabama D. -
Philip Rivers: A Sobering Warning
Dadonkadonk replied to Jerome007's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Has less to do with Wilson getting paid and more to do with injuries and Oline. They paid Sherman, Bennett, Wagner, Thomas, and Chancellor. Problem was Okung was hurt and they let him leave in FA and they traded all world center for a TE they thought was all world but was not. If they keep Unger and thier first round pick they would be in far better shape. -
Was This the Worst Free Agency in Team History?
Dadonkadonk replied to Luka's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
So far I have no trust in Beane at any level. That said, Star may have more impact than we can tell. It still does not excuse trading Dareus, accelerating the cap hit, and then overpaying for Star. But when looking at it just from his play on the field Sta has been a competent 1 technique DT. I hated the PED Murphy signing and still do. I have no idea how he fits the process other than cliche high motor white guy. I thought the Davis signing was a good move. Solid vet with an injury that players can recover from. My bad. -
Would you draft Oliver or Bosa?
Dadonkadonk replied to Skins Malone's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Trade back and take RT and C. Sign a G in FA. Set the OL for the next 5-7 years. Also add a TE, LB, WR, and DB x 2 in draft/FA with preference for offenisve players via FA and defense through the draft after the first round -
Brady and McDaniels lose their cool ?
Dadonkadonk replied to SlimShady'sSpaceForce's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Brady knows McDaniels is a fraud. He knows Belichick is a fraud. The entire dynasty is nothing without Brady. The Pats were an average to below average franchise before Brady. Belichick was a great coordinator and a below average HC. All the other coaches and GMs that have left Brady have done nothing. If Belichick was so good then some of his assistants woudl have worked out. The only consistent piece is Brady with the Patriots and all the other Patriot failures without Brady. -
Fumble or Out of Bounds?

Perfect explanation. Close the thread. -
Total BS. We watched the game. They have no idea if it is the QB's fault or if it the OL's fault if the protection was not set correctly. Virtually no run game. Largest gain called back for a penalty that was unnecessary. I do think as the game wore on the line got a bit better especially up the middle. Dawkins continues to hold his one pass blocking and he almost never has any help. Hopefully they are right and the line will look better throughout the season. Remember when people used to give OLs time to gel if they just replaced one guy. Well they are replacing the entire middle of the line.

The OL Is Bad....How Do You Fix It?
Dadonkadonk replied to BuffaloRush's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
1. Bench Miller and start Teller 2. Wait two more weeks and target a top 10 G with 2+ years on their contract - offer a 3rd round pick and KB 3. Trade down in the first round and draft the best C in the draft and a RT. 4. Add a WR in FA 5. Add two LB, a TE, and two DB in the draft -
The cap situation McBeane inhereted
Dadonkadonk replied to Batman1876's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The players the OP states were taking up too much cap space are all starting on other teams. Whaley acquired talent. He just never fixed the QB position. TT was adequate enough but not great and not worthy of a contract extension that ate up cap space over a DB like Gilmore or a WR like Woods. Whaley was saddled with two Head Coaches he did not pick. Whaley could have drafted better in the mid to low rounds to have a bit more cheap talent on the roster. At the end of the day the cap situation was created by McBeane. They jettisoned players accelerating their cap hit. If Gilmore, Watkins, and Dareus were still here they would have had enough cap space for them all assuming they still trade TT and they don't sign Star. It's just a fact that McBeane has tanked this season in the hopes that Allen is the franchise QB and Edmunds is the franchise MLB. If they are we won't care how many losses they have this year or the draft picks pissed away. If they missed on Allen, their fate is doomed. They will be gone at the end of 2019 or sooner. At this point I would not trust their FA talent evaluations. No matter how bad they thought they were going to be, their is no excuse for the OL they have put together. Did they really get a good return for Glenn? Why let Henderson walk so he can start elsewhere? Bodine???? Everyone rated him as bottom 5 if not the worst starting C in the league. -
Make run at Matt Moore or Landry Jones?
Dadonkadonk replied to BrycePaup4ever's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Kaepernick is the only back-up QB worth signing. What is Matt Moore or Landry Jones going to say? When I sat the bench and watched another QB play I thought I could do better???? Kaep played at a young age and succeeded. -

2018 Bills free agents not good
Dadonkadonk replied to remembersthegoodtime's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
David Carr was going to suck no matter what. Allen will be fine. The biggest problem will be knowing he has time in the pocket and not sensing phantom pressure when they add three new OL next year. -

Dadonkadonk replied to remembersthegoodtime's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
No reason for Beane to trade away Sammy and Dareus. This board can say all they want but Sammy, Gilmore, Dareus, Darby are all starting in this league and the Bills have the highest paid FB and an overpaid Star. Add a WR playing for the Patriots on the Bills payroll, a blown comp pick for a bunch of crap free agents, and complete failures of Murphy, Bodine, and AJ. It is about as bad a start to a GM tenure as you can imagine. Again, none of this matters if Allen is the guy. We won't care in 2020 how bad the O-line was in 2018.
