Agreed. Even a marginal QB can look good behind an O line giving him all day to make a decision. Brady last night could have made dinner and eaten it with the time he had on most plays.

Agree with you it’s been all year. I was thinking initially it was the pressure of Allen’s contract expectations and he needed to settle in. I think it’s just horrid coaching at this point from our OC. We are predictable and boring and lack energy.

I’m not reading all the other replies because it’s simple: leadership. coaches have zero fire in them right now and it shows. McD needed to go for that 4th down instead of the crap FG. That would have sent a message even if we missed. Allen was dejected on that decision I don’t see the emotion on crap calls, don’t see him ripping players on stupidly fumbling the damn kickoff or playing dumb with penalties we as fans should demand better leadership and McD has it in him I believe but he’s let us get soft and as importantly he’s let himself get soft can we make the playoffs-yes. Will it be easy-no. If we don’t fix our run stop and pass rush the Patriots will eat us alive and that is too much to bear. STOP BEING CHARMIN SOFT AND PLAYING LIKE WHAT ITS USED FOR!

If it was any of you or me we would be fired, posted in the local rag, headed to court, and run out of town. this is a “paid suspension “ and the powers look the other way as long as it helps the team. total BS and the team takes a close “inspection” on the bad records. I’ve recorded hundreds of these at work and honestly a fake is super easy to pass inspection. It’s investigating the dr and actual vacation proof that’s difficult. Just a play on word like Rodgers “immunized”. I call BS on Reid and Co. this POS has a fake and the world knows it. Because he’s a AB is a fake and a POS that is all

We have the offense and we have the defense to win out the season. To me it’s simple: stay disciplined avoiding stupid penalties and ball security look at our losses, if we were marginally better at those two things we would a one loss team at worst.

Living in Mass all I hear is Pats talk. They are definitely gushing on Mac but careful not to call him the next Tahwmmy. accurate yes, composed yes, great running game yes, short passing routes yes. All the standard hoodie game plan and I would think after a zillion years we know how to counter it. if we force him to have to play the long ball we will force his mistakes. Get him out of Rythm and see how much he loses his composure and accuracy. We will need this info for the next meeting with them a few weeks later when it may mean even more to us

Great point and I believe they are being coached on it. A hard pressure has a higher percentage of leading to a mistake vrs a QB sack. The associated loss of yardage probably doesn’t translate enough to the penalties possibly received on the sack.

I’m saying the exact thing. The lane lane was open and that was Josh playing hero and it can’t be disputed. I want my QB to have the balls to want the ball but I also want smarts. When he pulled that back I was yelling at my tv “whyyyyy”. was the back breaker for sure. Last few games he’s looked like he doesn’t want to be there. At this rate we may be looking at a team under.50. Seriously

I would think you could develop a series of plays that give you a greater chance of conversion countering any defense shown. if so I would go for a 2 PT conversion every time. Could be worth an “possession “ each game

When I was younger I watched a car driving too fast cut in front of a semi and lose. Was literally run over by the 18 wheeler, which jackknifed and missed running me over by a few feet-literally. I ran to the car as I knew everyone in it personally. By some miracle nobody died or for that matter had long lasting injuries-they say because they were so hammered or passed out. I had to spend the next three years as witness dealing on and off with lawyers and court BS due to the lawsuits. and to this day 30 years later I still have occasional nightmares about it.
