  1. Allen has to hit him in stride there. You see other QBs make that throw without forcing their receiver to make a huge adjustment. This is something that Allen needs to improve on. I can't really remember the last time Allen has actually completed a throw like that.
  2. Fans would be melting down about how conservative and predictable McDermott is. Literally any loss in any fashion is going to get the "fire McDermott" crowd going with their torches and pitchforks.
  3. I'm enjoying this SNF game. A few big plays on offense. Defensive splash plays. It's fun. I enjoy defensive battles more than most, though.
  4. Can we change the title? It's not true. The Bills were not missing a man on that play.
  5. I think people saw a different game than I did. I think everyone is determined to freak out about any loss, no matter how it happens, and demand to fire the coach and coordinators. So, have at it, I guess...
  6. Looks like 11 to me, unless I'm looking at the wrong play.
  7. Of all the kinds of losses to lose perspective from, this shouldn't be one of them. The Texans are a good team with a great QB. We were on the road at their place. The team fought back and tied it up and we lost by a field goal as time expired. It wasn't like we got the doors blown off by a bad team. Fans need to relax and be a little more resilient. The team needs to figure it out and play better, for sure. Let's see if they can do it.
  8. The Patriots are pretty bad.
  9. It's not the worst anything. Not even close. It was a normal loss. It sucks. They fought back and got in it and then lost with a last second field goal. When you lose, it is because things go wrong, obviously. There's always something to point to. On to next week.
  10. Attended the block party in downtown Houston with my son. It was a blast! It's always heartwarming seeing a huge group if Bills fans in away territory. Let's seal the weekend with a victory tomorrow!
  11. The washed up Dolphins activate a washed up player. Fitting.
  12. And the fan pendulum of doom vs euphoria continues to swing ever onward...
  13. Or coaches from the Belichick coaching tree 🌳
  14. I am not interested in bringing in a malcontent. If he is skipping practices because he is frustrated with the team, he'll continue to have attitude issues here as well.
  15. That wasn't an elimination game. But I was talking about his time with the Bills. Great play, though.
  16. He deserves it and I think he'll get in one day. I know there are some posters here who say he doesn't. Well, I think they are dead wrong. Tasker was an inspiration for multiple generations of special teams players. He changed the game. He paved a path for others. He went to many pro bowls (they created a pro bowl spot for him because of how impactful he was). He was an elite, generational talent for his specific role. Watching his highlights is a real treat.
  17. Offense: It has to be Cook Defense: Bernard (assuming he plays. Douglas if he doesn't)
  18. Mayo seems like an uninspiring coach to me.
  19. And he has done next to nothing in every playoff elimination game he has been a part of. Your #1 receiver is supposed to step it up in the playoffs, not disappear.
  20. He also had a season at 88% for extra points! That's really bad.
  21. Why would you feel better with him? He isn't very consistent. Letting a crappy kicker go to sign another crappy kicker (while taking on a lot of dead cap) doesn't seem like a smart decision.
  22. Sophomore slump. Hopefully, he takes that next step in year 3. I'm hopeful he can put things together for the rest of the season, though.
  23. I'll be driving in with my son and staying through the weekend. It's his first NFL game (he is 8 years old). He caught the football bug this year, so he is super excited.
  24. Yeah, I've always liked his moxie. It's nice to see Darnold doing well, too. I like to see the 2018 QB's doing well.
  25. That was a fumble. They should have challenged.
