I saw. No need for any roaches for me to reject Pizza Hut.

Pizza hut is disgusting with their grease sponge crust. I'd eat at Little Caesars before Pizza Hut. Diminoes is 10 times better (since their crust changes).

Webb is not our QB coach. Speculation was wrong
MJS replied to Reed83HOF's topic in The Stadium Wall
Duh. That was never going to happen. People were saying the same thing about Anderson a few years ago. By and large, players do not want to get into coaching. Sometimes they do, but usually they don't. -
Why would you get crucified for that? Minshew is an excellent backup.

Owners have been forced to sell their respective teams before. It happens.

Brian Daboll Wants Matt Lombardo to Show Up on Time

That article is the dumbest thing I have ever read. Just a tough guy act. So cringe worthy. -

So he is supposed to be afraid of the media? What are they going to do, write bad things about him? They were already planning on doing that. -

The only thing worse than a patriots fan is a celebrity patriots fan. -
A lot of teams are going to fail trying to find the "next" Josh Allen. There isn't another one out there.

If there is any funny business going on, it is by individual teams trying to get advantage over the other teams. Ross wasn't paying his coach to lose because he wanted to fix games. He wanted a higher draft pick so he could start winning in future seasons. It was about winning later, not any kind of betting.

Brian Flores suing NFL, NY Giants, Dolphins, Broncos.
MJS replied to BillsFan4's topic in The Stadium Wall
Well it is pretty clear that the stuff with the Dolphins has nothing to do with racism. It's a huge corruption scandal though. Flores was clearly mistreated and asked to do some bad stuff by the owner if everything he is claiming is true. Sounds like there was some real tension between Flores and Ross and it makes sense that Ross would want to move on. Any coach interviewing for that job should take notice and think twice about accepting it. And when this is all over I wonder if Ross will even be allowed to keep the team. Again, none of this Dolphins stuff seems to have to do with racism to me. -
This is year three for the Bengals with their current head coach. They had two really bad years. They had a lucky run this year. But they have their QB and some pieces around him now. Their oline is not that good so they need to address that. It's the nature of single elimination football in the playoffs. Davids and beat Goliaths which is what happened with the Bengals beating the Chiefs. Sometimes it doesn't matter how good you are. Any team can beat any team once. And I really like that about football. The Bills are in really good shape. They can continue to add talent in the draft and some free agents. They have a great team and a great QB. They have good coaches. Fans should not be pushing the panic button.

Brian Flores suing NFL, NY Giants, Dolphins, Broncos.
MJS replied to BillsFan4's topic in The Stadium Wall
Statement from the Broncos: "The allegations from Brian Flores directed toward the Denver Broncos in today's court filing are blatantly false," the Broncos said in a statement. "Our interview with Mr. Flores regarding our head coaching position began promptly at the scheduled time of 7:30 a.m. on Jan. 5, 2019, in a Providence, R.I., hotel. There were five Broncos executives present for the interview, which lasted approximately three-and-a-half hours -- the fully allotted time -- and concluded shortly before 11 a.m. "Pages of detailed notes, analysis and evaluations from our interview demonstrate the depth of our conversation and sincere interest in Mr. Flores as a head coaching candidate. Our process was thorough and fair to determine the most qualified candidate for our head coaching position. The Broncos will vigorously defend the integrity and values of our organization -- and its employees -- from such baseless and disparaging claims." Seems like it would be pretty easy to prove whether or not the interview was late, and if they have detailed pages of notes from it, and they are authenticated, I don't know how they could say the interview was a sham. -

Did Flores already interview with them and this was before his 2nd interview, or was it before his 1st interview? -

Flores comes across as a big baby to me. Boo hoo, you didn't get the job. Everyone must be racist. Teams are required to interview minorites, which is what you are Flores. What did you expect with such rules in place? The Bills didn't even want to interview anyone and just wanted to promote from within, but they were forced to go out and perform 2 sham interviews. Does that make them racist? No, they are just following the rules, just like the Giants were. It's what you have to do if you happen to want to hire a white guy in the NFL. If you happen to want to hire a black guy, you STILL have to go out and interview another minority because the rules require two minority interviews now. Just insane logic and stupid that anyone would think this rule is effective at all. Every organization is going to view certain candidates as frontrunners for the job, which is what Daboll was. Bill Belichick heard Daboll was the frontrunner and texted to congratulate him, but had a senior moment. But the Giants had more interviews to tie up before they gave the job to their frontrunner candidate. Although, the Dolphins owner paying him to lose? THAT is the real story here. Just crazy. The NFL is NOT going to like that. -

Well, since teams are required to interview minority candidates, sham interviews are going to happen. It's the rule. -
They should have chosen a different photo. He looks really confused in that one.

Josh Allen should change his jersey number
MJS replied to BringBackFergy's topic in The Stadium Wall
Guess we better not move the team to Italy. "Number 17 is associated with the 17th card of that Major Arcana of the Tarot which is The Star. Coming after two highly materialistic cards in the series of the Major Arcana, The Devil and The Tower, The Star is like an oasis of spirituality that rejuvenates and restores the weary traveler on the journey of life." From my 2 seconds of research, I think 17 sounds grand. -

Nothing you stated seems to say 17 is bad. -
Part of it is scheme and rotation. With a heavy rotation it is hard for those guys to get into the flow of the game, I feel. Part of pass rushing is setting up the lineman across from you over multiple downs. You do certain things and then catch them off guard with another rush move. It is a chess match. Keeping guys fresh is turning out to be overrated, I feel.

Why would you not include the Mahomes/Rodgers State Farm commercials? I like the Baker commercials just fine, except their frequency. -
