  1. My list exactly. Although I would politely ask the others to leave.
  2. Cant waste plays in the red zone. The dumb 1st, 2nd down plays haunt: - handing off to Dingletary for 0 gain - slow-developing roll out right (on short side of the field) Needs to be quick strikes (slants) and McKenzie/Josh runs.
  3. Anyone on this board ever have turf toe? It's obviously painful and takes forever to heal. I'm wondering if (when) he gets shots in it to numb it throughout the game, if that makes him able to use/ push off with that foot normally. I'm guessing he's been practicing this week with the shots to realize what It's going to feel like and what limitations he has. Probably a strange sensation having that part of the foot numb... but how debilitating is that?
  4. They had Watson & Hopkins and managed to screw that up! (I would trade 51 other players before either one of them) They must already be filled with regret.
  5. Perfect form. Congrats, Victor!!! (was a little concerned he was going to hurt himself)
  6. Depending on where on the field, 3rd and long can also be a time to go long... not worrying necessarily about an interception cuz it would be just like a punt. So in preventing that scenario, the defense is playing more of a "prevent" defense... allowing them some of yardage to gain, but hopefully stopping them short. Sometimes the offense makes a play and get the 1st. It's frustrating for sure, but they don't score. The alternative ("regular" defense) opens up more possibilities of a deep play when a team is somewhat desperate in a 3rd and long situation.
  7. Allen threw for 375 yards and tied a career high with four touchdown passes as the Bills stayed in sole possession of first place in the AFC East with a thoroughly impressive 34-24 victory over the San Francisco 49ers on Monday night.
  8. Cadillac Mountain is a must visit. Feel like you're on the top of the East Coast. Cool back story about the name too... and it's tie-in with Detroit and the Cadillac auto company. "Upon his arrival in America, Antoine de la Mothe, sieur de Cadillac, adopted his title after the town of Cadillac, Gironde in southwestern France. The city of Detroit became the world center of automobile production in the 20th century. William H. Murphy and Henry M. Leland founded the Cadillac auto company and paid homage to him by using his name for their company and his self-created armorial bearings as its logo in 1902."
  9. Are they the undercard? I didn't know the kickers got in a fight before the game. If we're talking WWE style, Bass/Corey should already be experienced at smashing them on tables.
  10. 21-12 Bills There’s something here as strong as life I know that it will reach you
  11. Obviously Kelce and Hill are THE problem. Would it make sense to employ a hybrid defensive approach where you play just those 2 guys man-to-man and then have the rest play zone? It could look like this below... where the yellow X players stay with Kelce/Hill no matter what, and the zone players (3 DBs and 2 LBs) are there also when the ball is in the air to almost be like double-coverage. And this allows 9 players to still be looking forward in case Mahomes takes off running (which was the concern with Lamar... why we ran all zone). And if a run play, the 2 yellow X's are still sort of there to help out (and maybe even play contain on the outside feeding the runner in to our LBs). The base design on a pass play could look like this (obviously some adjustments based on how they are lined up) (may need to click on image to enlarge) Maybe there is a name for this type of defense? And maybe you don't do this defense all game... could just be key third downs or something. All year long I see Kelce being open in games I watch of theirs and I wonder how the hell a defense could allow that guy to get that open. I'm guessing he's just really good at finding soft spots/seams against zone defense. Keeping a guy attached to him makes a lot of sense to me. Hill is a freak... no one is likely to be able to stay with him very well - may have to give more cushion, but worth a shot trying to slow him down some. Maybe even try to jam him at the line of scrimmage. OK, tear this idea apart... I won't be offended.
  12. OK. I'll give you 1 game (out of 18). Maybe things would be different with Moss still in there, but Saturday vs Ravens was a prime example. If any time warranted running effectively, it was their last 2 possessions, especially the first series below. First series below lasted 1:01, second 0:41. 1 & 10 - BUF 29 (6:36 - 4th) J.Allen pass incomplete deep right. D.Duvernay pushed ob at BAL 33 for 5 yards (A.Klein). PENALTY on BAL-M.Harrison Running Into the Kicker 5 yards enforced at BUF 19 - No Play.
  13. The biggest killer is end of games with the lead. Can't rely on run game to burn clock and get a first down or two on the ground.
  14. Why the hell is Corey Bojorquez still on this team!? He will lose games for us.
  15. Nice write up. Same here about thinking for a split second to get down. Even though he had a bit of a convoy I thought Lamar would trip him up before scoring (with his speed), but he really gave a half ass effort trying to get him, probably sulking in his mind that he just threw the pick. He gave up on the play. It was more than just a 14 point swing, it broke Baltimore's spirit. That will go down as a top-5 all time Bills play. I'll never forget it.
  16. For a free ultimate wash, cowboy fans will probably grab an old white t-shirt and have their kids draw something ridiculous on it like this...
  17. The off-tackle runs against the Bills D is SO annoying, especially when they run it to the left. It seems to be a particularly glaring hole in our defense. Bills don't give up yards inside the tackles (usually). We even defend the sweep runs OK.... It's just those off-tackle plays (5 or 6 hole). Hopefully Bills are scheming to prevent that, because Ravens are likely to hit those holes based on what they've seen on film.
