  1. He got arrested for breaking and entering drunk leaving Von Millers party.
  2. Ivory has looked capable enough and has run hard for us all year. I would hate to lose shady but, I would also understand getting value while you can.
  3. We would of started Mahomes right away and ruined him. Plus we don't have the play calling brilliance that Andy Reid has. It was a perfect storm for success in KC and Mahomes is tearing the league up and has great weapons to throw to plus a great RB. I don't think he would have any where near the success in Buffalo. That being said I'm a huge Mahomes fan since College and wanted him badly.
  4. Logan had one season in College where he looked great. The next season he fell apart for no apparent reason. He looked good enough for the Cardinals to start him a few games and he wasn't the worst looking QB in the world. If he is called on to play I think allot of people would be surprised he is big and athletic with a pretty strong arm. He just had allot of accuracy issues and couldn't read a defense.
  5. The same people with their hair on fire today are the same that were hailing Allen as the next coming after the Vikings game. This season is gonna be up and down mostly down and its a learning process across the board be patient and enjoy the few ups. Next year will be different just relax and drink your Labatt blues and when we get that next two stud first round picks next year with a trade up and all of the sudden have an injection of talent jump back on the band wagon of a winning team
  6. The big ? is do they know how to draft talent on the offensive side of the ball. We can see a dominant defense being built and that's awesome. Now will they make the right moves and actually get our offense to be at least competent. O line and WR's can be difficult to draft and sometimes you get great value outside of the first rd and get huge busts in the first. Free agency can be a slippery slope and you can easily over pay. Nothing in our front offices track record so far has shown they know how to stack offensive personnel and that needs to be addressed heavily this offseason.
  7. All of the Rookie QB's have had their ups and downs this season. I was a huge Rosen proponent and look at how terrible he was on Thursday night, after all the pundits said how much better of a position he was put in than any other rookie. Mayfield has looked the best so far, followed by Darnold and then Allen. I don't think the kid is ruined just yet and he has shown his toughness and athleticism we just need to build around that.
  8. A rebuild has to use good players to build with. That being said if Allen can be even a mediocre starter in the near future having a rookie Qb contract to build around has worked well for allot of teams recently.
  9. People talking about Allen's accuracy when in the offseason they were highlighting his footwork. He has shown some inaccuracy but, mostly it is when he is being chased by defenders. Also he has bailed out of the pocket a few times way too early and actually put himself in harms way possibly seeing ghosts already which is a bad sign. Offensive play calling needs to be tailored into the fact that our o-line sucks with always having a dump off guy in case of pressure too many times I'm seeing the WR's all 20 yards down the field and Allen having to make a spectacular play to make a throw on the run, the odds are against it. That being said I think this game will be closer than most teams think and both teams will be struggling to score could be a FG kicking marathon.
  10. I have been wanting to see more Ray Ray in some creative gadget type plays. He was a playmaker in college and is being way underutilized in our vanilla system.
  11. Truth be told Allen has been playing almost the same way at Wyoming all of last year with a decimated oline literally no weapons and he was expected to rise above all of that and win games and raise his draft stock. He was almost always outmatched talent wise so this is nothing new. I wish we had the ability to let him sit and learn but per usual we draft a QB and have no veteran presence to aid him in learning how to be a pro.
  12. Only thing I'm worried about is him seeing ghosts and bailing out of the Pocket too early on a few plays. Which actually put him In harm's way. Plus he needs to keep his footwork to be accurate. I don't want to see him sacrifice his body for a bad season either. I do wanna see playcalling that gets the ball out quicker.
  13. play calling this year doesnt appear to be rookie friendly and with our terrible oline we need to have outlets available every pass play. Plus short quick routes slants etc need to be utilized. Then throw over the top not the other way around. Plus play action only works with a running game.
  14. I lived through the super bowl losses and watched the music City misshap. However many qbs we've started since Kelly that haven't panned out. Also watched an undermanned bills team squeak into the playoffs last year and beat a few contenders in the process. Watched Josh Allen beat up on what was considered one of the best defenses in the league and cause the biggest upset this millennia. It's gonna be a rough ride this season with high highs and low lows. Tre white and so far edmunds and Allen as well as phillips have all shown to be solid picks so far with still big question marks on Allen and Edmunds. There's reason for hope and needs to be patience Rome wasn't built in a day.I'd rather have a contender for years than a flash in the pan for one season.
  15. It's all about the draft and free agency next year. They appear to be building the defense first added a rookie qb and letting him get experience so that next year when they build the offense around him he'll at least have an idea what to do with them. Not unlike Rams current team. They just have to hit on the picks and free agents next year.
  16. It's only the second season of this regime that overperformed and snuck into the playoffs last year. Bloated contracts and poor draft picks from previous regimes as well as some bad luck on oline have set us back this season. Next year we have 10 picks and a ton of cap space so expect a huge overhaul on the roster. This year is to get some experience to younger players and try to be competitive. They knew it wasn't going to be a super bowl winning type season from the get go. Next year will really be the determining factor on whether this regime has a clue what they are doing
  17. I agree with getting Teller on the Oline supposedly a road grader coming out of college and can't be worse than Miller. Rishard Matthews has to be an upgrade from what we have. Any other WR's that can bring something to the table are worth a look. We have to get the running game going or else we are dead ducks. We have to give the QB an outlet either rbs, wrs or tes every play or especially on long pass plays because he is being pressured constantly and has no time. Too many times i saw last week on 3rd and short we are running deep routes with no outlets and taking a sack it's just bad playcalling.
  18. The guy really looks like an athletic freak of nature out there. I don't think we have ever had a cover mlb like him and watching him develop will be a thing of beauty. The defense really is coming together if we could just get something consistent on the other side of the ball i think we can at least be competitive.
  19. I just want to score points this game is that too much to ask. We really played pretty good defense against the Packers and if we could muster some sort of Offense we could stay competitive.
  20. Packers are a glaring example of a team with an incredible QB and very little depth around him. Ravens spent so much on Flacco couldn't afford talent around him. Stafford has always had a weak defense because they don't have the money for it. Patriots keep dumping talent and having to reload because of Brady and Gronk salaries.
  21. i like the fact that he is hard to bring down like a big ben or Cam. Still elusive and has a rocket arm all the makings of what could be superstar. Now he just needs to put it all together and get a better supporting cast in the WR core
