Great, so we’ve got two sides here for the last several pages arguing whether OP could / should or could / should not allow or, what, be forced(?) into growing its businesses around the stadium. No one here’s gonna change their minds. It’s going to be up to land owners, businesspeople, and the OP P&Z… or if it gets to it, possibly the state using some sort of eminent domain since that Supreme Court ruling awhile back. Who knows. Money will have to grease the appropriate palms. What may be a more viable thing is that all manner of food trucks could come in if the Bills or property owners could / would allow that. Personally, I don’t think businesses will want to move in and it seems like they’re not wanted. Arguing this stuff is just moot.

Having just replaced the roof and installing a huge new video board over center ice, it’s going to be *a while* before there’s any talk of razing & replacing. Sounds like a multi-phase spaced out reno. If seating is that bad, I can see that being next.

I mean… if they’re going to penalize even when a dude avoids hitting the QB like this — which the league has *said* they want to do — then you may as well really lay into him. A sky booth ref with replay access should have the ability to overturn terrible calls like this. They were doing that last year but this went unchecked. Seems like they allow so many hits on Josh go unpunished but if we breathe on the other teams’ QB, we get the yellow. TBH I think this goes back to Jerry Hughes; the refs union hated JH with a passion and they’re still holding the grudge on McD for supporting him.

Nice comeback to get back in the match by Jess, but it’s just so hard to stick with someone who serves in the 120s. Sabalenka’s serve speed is higher than a lot of men’s. Given the Russian (& Belarusian, not much of a distinction) state-sponsored doping program that has barred them from numerous Olympics, it wouldn’t surprise me if Sabalenka was roided up 💉 when she was young/er. Definitely. A lot of the Russian gals do the screaming bit on every hit. Sharapova used to be the worst until they started threatening her with disqualification, before she was caught… doping.

Doctor error & malpractice is the third leading cause of death in the U.S. And even so, its numbers are significantly low-balled bc doctors get to bury their mistakes.

Aside from the unnecessary black / dark navy outlines that look soooo out of place for what should be a simple & elegant design, the collars that have changed like 11 times since the Nike sets debuted are a 👎. One solution would be to just make the collars the same color as the rest of the jersey, like the ‘64-5 throwbacks did. Again… simple, elegant. The rumors for the past couple of years since the end of the league’s one-shell rule for helmets have just been about when a Kelly-era alternate / throwback will appear. Josh wearing the alt helmets in the Red&Blue games have fueled speculation. It seems like they might debut them for the final year in Rich/Ralph/Highmark1.0 Stadium, and if they DON’T do this, it will be a HUUUUGE error for the marketing & design dept. HUGE. Article reports that Josh’s sister posted on Twitter / X earlier today that their mother’s father passed away. Josh will not be attendance at Saturday’s game as he will be with family for services. V) The Osha / Sol dynamic could have played out faster if they needed that, and could have been more overt about Sol wanting a padawan, as he said, and seeing the twins and being like WANT! which… he essentially did this by entering the witches’ fortress by scaling the wall rather than stopping the younger Jedi and bringing him back to Indara. Ambition, self-righteousness, coveting did him in. The acidity of rain in the former Rust Belt / northeast and maintenance chemicals eat concrete. The NFL season is going to expand by two weeks and last into mid-late-February. Climate change is pushing weather more and more to the extremes. We will come to rue choosing an open-air stadium for Buffalo. Anyway. With the Rock’N’Roll HOF right next to the stadium in Cleveland, I would hope the site could be used for some kind of music festival, such as having induction ceremonies IN Cleveland in spring / late summer / fall rather than wherever a band may be touring at a certain time. After a long time of the Grammys viewership dwindling, this year’s show was absolutely fire. So… it absolutely CAN be done. Cleveland has to accentuate and add to what they have.

I’m reading that “Skeleton Crew” is going to be about four children who make a discovery on their home planet which sets them off on an adventure. Takes place after ROTJ in roughly the same time period as “The Mandalorian.” Debuts on Disney+ on 3 December.
