  1. I'm looking forward to Brady blowing out an ACL.
  2. Moderators, please lock this thread.
  3. I'm going with Aaron Maybin, too. There were plenty of 'bust' players like EJ, Mike Williams, Troup, etc., but Maybin was a 1st rounder who was a complete joke.
  4. If, on the Monday night game, Tre-D wraps up Gronk and Tre-M comes flying in to land a body crushing, soul dislodging, bones in the stool-type tackle, rendering Gronk finished for the season, I would just be devastated. ?
  5. I'd like to see him retire this October 29th, on a stretcher before halftime, courtesy of Tremaine and Harrison.
  6. That reminds me of this video. Your line is at the 1:00 mark.
  7. EJ was never, ever, projected to be a 1st round QB, much less a top ten pick. Josh had been projected by some to be anywhere from 3rd round to first overall. Little bit of a difference there. EJ was also forced into a starting role too early, not that it would've mattered. There is no hurry with Josh. I'd like to see him take the Aaron Rodgers path to starting by having AJ run the show while Josh learns.
  8. Welcome to the snark tank.
  9. I used to listen to the heck out of this album back in college.
  10. There was no implying of anything of the sort, nor was I talking about you. Bye, Felicia.
  11. The troublesome new guys, not the new guys in general. Us 'old-timers' had the same type of problematic posters years ago as well and they eventually moved on. Well, it looks like they get replaced on an annual basis.
  12. I'm starting to see more asinine comments from members of 1 year or less. There's your biggest problem, right there.
  13. What the hell are you talking about? My name is from the song Peace Frog by The Doors. Not to mention, your Pepe frog looks nothing like my frog giving the peace sign. Your post is a troll job.
  14. I getting tired of being lectured by you, mom. If my posts are edited it's usually because of a spelling or grammatical error (it's 'ante', btw). I've been a member on this board for almost 15 years (congrats on your upcoming first anniversary) and I've never had any problems with any members before but apparently you're the first. Might I suggest that you grow some thicker skin and have that hostility of yours looked at. Welcome to ignore.
  15. Could you please show me where I made fun of Leodis or mocked him?
  16. I could agree with your statement but then we'd both be wrong. You could be giving the same lecture to people about something different such as "I'll never understand why people drink. It's not fun and ..." and you'd be wrong just the same. Some members' comments here are inappropriate but then again, I could find some equally inappropriate ones on other threads that are merely discussing kickoffs. My point is this thread is NOT trash but if you feel it is, then why do you waste your time reading them? Again, I must point out that this video is currently found at buffalobills.com so maybe you should send them an e-mail and suggest they remove it from their archives as it is offensive to you.
  17. You may have not read this reply of mine. I was born in Cheektowaga, moved to southeast Texas when I was twelve, graduated from HS there, moved back to West Seneca after military and college, moved back to Dallas 6 years later, and am now living in WA state. I have heard many, many accents, slang terms, southern drawls, Pacific NW lingo, etc. I happen to find Leodis' speech enjoyably amusing as I would Boomhauer, Foghorn Leghorn, or anyone else who sounds 'different' than how I speak. Part of my amusement is deciphering his speech as it is a mix of southern accent, stutter, repetition, and fast speak. I enjoy hearing him talk BECAUSE he sounds different. His speech is the exact opposite of Ben Stein's character in the Ferris Bueller movie, which is painfully droll. If anybody is still bothered about this topic being posted to begin with, might I suggest you get over yourself, or is that offensive to you (you as in everybody, not necessarily purple haze) as well?

  19. Inappropriate, how? It's Leodis being interviewed; his words. I've not posted anything inappropriate. If there is a comment that you don't like, then point that out but there is nothing wrong with the video.
  20. Note: Some of the comments on here may be uncalled for but I will not be chastised about posting a former Bills player being interviewed by a Bills reporter that is STILL posted on buffalobills.com to this day. http://www.buffalobills.com/video/videos/Under-Review-Leodis-McKelvin/0e7756b8-f0f1-4b57-aa3e-db6014ab416b
  21. Abso-freaking-lutely! I served in the US Navy and I'm not offended by the kneeling. It's a form of peaceful protest, which is one of the freedoms we have in this country, last time I checked. To some, the players can only protest in certain ways at certain times. Well, I say to them, "This is America, protest away."
