  2. It's quite possible that Indy wasn't interested in trading down to 12, no matter what we offered.
  3. I like the one from Chan Gailey..."He (Brady) had all day back there to throw. We could've used some pressure on a few of those."
  4. Let's say no team between picks 1-11 want to trade down to 12 with us and/or all four QBs (Darnold, Rosen, Mayfield, and Allen) are gone before the 12th pick. Do you think we should go LB with the 12th pick and then try to trade up from the 22nd to grab Jackson or Rudolph?
  5. Butt Fumble! By the way, I think Josh Allen will be just fine and if we draft him, Go Bills!
  6. I prefer to huff my paint first, then eat it after it dries. My favorite color is gold. Hell, I've huffed so much, I've got a gold colored face, like a baby Jesus. Anyways, that's why I'm still a Bills fan.
  7. Which was kind of the point of this thread. I've read so many "Do you think the Bills like X as their QB?" and whatnot that I thought I could contribute something even more benign and redundant. In all honesty, I think the Bills will have a very good, not great, productive draft and there's no sense speculating. It can't get here soon enough, either.
  8. That's a dangerous assumption. And, hell no...blue cheese only!
  9. Since there are so many duplicate threads about the QBs, what the Bills may or may not do, etc., I thought I'd offer my take: I believe that the Bills may or may not trade one or some of their picks BUT they are definitely drafting some players. Your thoughts...
  10. And if they were still here, would anyone be asking "Should we get rid of the Jills?"
  11. I'm guessing that the Bills may or may not trade one or some of their picks BUT they are definitely drafting some players. That's as much as I know. Hope it helps.
  12. Would anyone trade our 22nd for him?
  13. If you had millions of dollars and lived in a van down by the river, you would not qualify for government cheese because of your income level. Just sayin'.
  14. If you're talking NFL only, then my 2nd favorite would be anyone who plays the Patriots and 3rd is anyone who plays the Cowboys.
  15. QB is the most important position in all of sports. Next would be NHL goalie. Last, but not least, MLB pitcher.
  16. Baker Mayfield Bills Mafia I like it!
  17. I hope Beane does what he can and/or needs to in order for us to get the best players, in his opinion.
  18. How do you target somebody's 'Allen'?
  19. I think the reason QBs like Peterman don't get as much benefit of the doubt is because 1st round QBs are bigger investments. There's more 1st round busts then there are 5th round gems so the chance of Nate being a future starter is not too good. There's a reason he was drafted so late. I wish him well but as of right now, the Bills have two, unproven, 5th round QBs on their roster. Those are the facts.
  20. So far, I like all of the moves the McBeane duo has made this off season. No matter what happens between now and the draft, I have no doubts that our GM will do what is necessary to make this a better team. If we don't trade up into the top 5 and grab one of the 'once in a lifetime' QBs, I'm sure it will be for a very good reason. I think back about how the Eagles were able to beat the Patriots in the Super Bowl (how great was that?) and remember that even though their starting QB didn't play in the playoffs, the backup QB still managed to keep the team winning. Was Foles that good? Maybe. I think the answer was more like they had a great team to begin with. My point is if we don't get one of the Big 4 QBs in this draft, we still have the means to build a great team. And that is just as important as the QB himself. Trust the process. We are either going to have a great QB and very good team or a very good QB and a great team. Flame away...
  21. In the second video at the 13:24 mark, he says the words, 'The Process'. He's the guy we want!
  22. Um....I think Denver might have something to say about that.
  23. This is why our GM is playing it cool.
