Who is unimpressed by the 2018 QB class?

Raiders to part ways with Crabtree?
billsbackto81 replied to Canadian Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Diva label was prominent when he was considered the best WR in his draft. A lot of trash came out of his mouth. Since then he's proven that he's decent but in the grand scheme of things, JAG. -
Shady could grab the rushing title this year!
billsbackto81 replied to JTown's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Can care less. It would be a hollow championship if he won. The fact that he's this close with our OC is a miracle in it self. Love Shady and would love to see a playoff berth instead of a hollow rushing title. -
The 4 Big Games Prediction Thread
billsbackto81 replied to BuffaloBillyG's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Don't understand why fans think Ravens over Cincy is a gimme. Ravens played like crap against Indy last week and Cincy beat a pretty good Detroit team. I can easily see the Bengals putting in a good game against a division rival. No way the Raiders beat the Chargers. -
How would you feel about Tony Romo?
billsbackto81 replied to Tipster19's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Heck Ya! And bring in Dez who's on the outs in Dallas. Imagine it. Dez and KB on the outside, OM freaking God!!! DT and Zay sharing the slot w/ Clay at TE. If it doesn't work out, get back in the booth. What do you think Cutler's going to do? -
Should we replace Tolbert with Frank Gore?
billsbackto81 replied to BringBackOrton's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
No. As great as Shady has been we need to get his replacement on the roster sooner than later. -
I'd let him walk if it were up to me. He's a difference maker and a legit CB opposite Tre but he's always hurt. I can see if he's getting his clock cleaned with some major hits but it seems its always none contact, soft tissue, hamstring type injuries. If he's this inactive in a contract year I'd hate to see his motivation once he gets paid. Dareus part deux?

Bengals. They played Detroit tough and should be amped to knock the Ravens out of the race, or at least try. Jags can play their starters all game and still lose. I don't see the admiration with this team. They really aren't that good but are heading in the right direction like the Bills. The Raiders are hot garbage. We need the Bengals bad!!

[Please Change Title]Zay Jones

Not buying it, not yet. Kid has the talent and has shown promise at times. Sure he's got some jitters. They traded up for him and that brings unwanted pressure. Very few WRs blow it up their rookie season and having Tyrod throwing in a run first scheme isn't helping. -
A Great New Years Eve - Thanks Bills!

Ravens did not look very good last game, Cincy can pull that game out. Jacksonville has nothing to play for but can still beat Tenn. Tenn is limping at the approach to the finish and look ljke crap. Can't believe they can still get in while we have to hope for help. Miami will definitely try to play spoiler. Why in Gods green earth do we have to play in the AFCE. Name one other division the drought would have lasted this long? All in all its been a promising year all things considered but it is very little solace when your looking at another season without a post season berth. Maybe this is the year we catch a break! Go Bills! -
I hope they let him go after the season. If he's this inactive and injured during a contract year I can only imagine what he'd be like once he gets paid.

Is it better to lose to the Pats and beat Miami ?
billsbackto81 replied to Cygnus99's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I have no words. Did you actually think of this scenario as a good idea? You answered your own question at the end of your post. Professionals don’t look at it like this, only fanatics do. I can assure you that there is no one in the Bills organization feeling this way. Win out! Though I don’t know the percentages off hand I’m pretty sure the numbers are much better to make the playoffs if they win out in comparison to losing to the Pats and hoping for a win in the finale. -
This game WILL force ppl to see the truth
billsbackto81 replied to westerndecline's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
All I know is our rookie coach got us 8 plus wins in a year which fans and pundits thought would be a 4 win max season. Even the most seasoned vet QB outside of Brady and Brees and Rodgers would have a hard time getting this offense to 8 wins and last I checked they weren't available. The defense as of late hasn't done this team any favors either. -
Sportscaster Dick Enberg has died
billsbackto81 replied to Just Jack's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
One of the all time favs. Used to love him doing the Bills games during the glory years. Enberg had a very sensual, passionate approach calling a game. The way he'd pump up Kelly, Reed and Thomas during a game would require a shower after it. RIP Dick. -
The Jaguars prevailed over the Seahawks because Seattle lost both of its star linebackers. They beat the Chargers because Los Angeles made so many mistakes. Jacksonville had just one legitimate scoring drive in that contest. The Jaguars have otherwise beaten lots of bad teams, except when they lost to the Cardinals and nearly went down to the Browns, holding just a 10-7 lead in the middle of the fourth quarter. They're overachieving, and they're likely going to make the playoffs, but they'll lose in the postseason right away and will win just 3-4 games next year once things stop going their way. Losses to juggernauts like the Titans, Jets, Arizona and Raiders. Soft division and schedule. Good year for them no doubt but they are not there yet and Bortles is well, Bortles.
-
Top 5 picks for the last 10 years better lead to a talented roster. Add an owner who wants to win and will spend to do it and you have a winning trifecta. Soft division and a favorable schedule. Losses to Tenn, Ari, Raiders and Jets. If the Bills get in I honestly can see them beating them. Bortles has played well as of late because the D takes the heat off. Also he's basking in the glow of having a child as he and his wife had a child this past weekend ( I work in the Jacksonville hospital where they registered). I see good things in their future, but not this year as far as SB is concerned and Bortles is not the answer.

So if we end up 9-7 and lose a tie-breaker...
billsbackto81 replied to JÂy RÛßeÒ's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Cincy cause we're a better team, unfortunately the offense went MIA. The Chargers game comes to mind as well. Not starting the guy who got thus far was stupid on McDs part, especially in the thick of the playoffs. Jets, not so much. They're better than most think and we were going in on the road on a short week against a division rival. Thanks schedule makers! -

Right on Q Teef! -
OPIs don't physically hurt players. Unless of course your name is Gronkowski.
-
I don't know. I was still steaming over the no call on Charles Harris hitting TT in the knees late after the ball was thrown a couple of plays before and the blatant face mask on Shady that was also not called.

If the playoffs began today...
billsbackto81 replied to mileena's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Having a Top 3 draft pick every year for the past 10 years will do that.
