  1. Just a joke bud, I'm not the originator. I'll admit I was a bit peeved the first time I heard it as well.
  2. Not true. I actually reduced my cholesterol from 283 to 205 in 6 months. No statins. Part of plan was a bowl of Honey Nut Cherrios every morning. Of course other factors came into play but the Cherrios I feel made a difference. Right now I have raw oatmeal porridge every morning which is amazing and the BM's are incredible.
  3. Nope. Good try though. Nope. The answer is: Cheerios belong in a Bowl.
  4. What's the difference between Cheerios and the Buffalo Bills? A:?
  5. You know why? There's no threat of a pass greater than 10 yds.
  6. I can guarantee you that even though they have dominated the game the Panthers are concerned. Only 6 points! All it takes is one lucky bounce Buffalo's way and it's a new game and they know that.
  7. Uninspiring offensive play calling by Dennison.
  8. Can a rookie in his second pro game do this to this Bills D? Someone seems to think so. I know certain ex pro analysts have grudges against certain teams but it seems guys like LT and Steve Smith always have trashy things to say about the Bills. I like the kid, even drafted him on my fantasy team but no way he goes for a double buck against the Bills. Can't seem to post the link. It's on the NFL.COM home page under Bold Predictions. Yeah, really bold! Like I said, I drafted him. I usually don't like using players I have when they play the Bills but it's either him or Rawls. Decisions.
  9. 2-8 17 yds 1 sack for 8 yd loss Out of game after 1st quarter after a crunching Dareus sack forces him to land on throwing shoulder re-injuring it. Carolina defense tries to keep it close but with no QB leading the O the Panthers fall. Bills 24- Car 17 Bills go to 2-0 but media pundits are quick to point out the "It was the Jets" and "If Cam wasn't hurt" excuses. Bills continue to fight to earn respect but drop 2 spots in next weeks power rankings. Stay tuned!
  10. Winner! Runner up was losing the halftime lead in SB 28 and realizing they were about to lose their 4th straight SB.
  11. -------------- Mabin was brought back today to the PS. These 2 are very quick and rangy. They're not going to be confused with the prototypical thumper but they tackle extremely well and anticipate throws well. Ideal players for the scheme being employed by McD. Whether McD's vision for this team pans out is yet TBD, but it's refreshing to finally have a coach with a plan and the ability to carry it out.
  12. Buy: Shady and Tolbert Duo. Every nice pair that complement each other styles. Hold: Clay. Obvious to anyone with eyes that he will be a major part of the offense but needs to stop dropping the ball. Sell: LB core. Solid tackling but quality QBs are going to pick this unit apart especially if the front 4 continue not getting pressure.
  13. Sometimes I think the best scenario would be if the Bills lost to the Panthers, but barely lost. You know like a last second FG as time expired. That way not losing by a blowout shows the pundits that the Bills are improved but not there yet. If they won they would point out what the opposition did wrong instead of what the Bills did right. They would actually get more respect for barely losing, BUT ID GLADLY TAKE IT IF THEY WON!
  14. I'm glad they won. I have no wish to see this team tank because I think they're better than most give them credit for. I truly think they can be a 8+ win team. I also understand every team will bring a different game plan. Shots down field are nice but must be done at the right time. I recall the shot to Holmes which was a good call and drew the PI. I didn't see any chemistry with the WRs. If we see that come, even in the short game then optimism will grow.
  15. ------------------I'm with you on this. He seemed much improved albeit against the Jets. Outside of Clay he didn't really have that chemistry with his WRs. He hit Zay on a pretty quick hitch and I thought it would continue, wrong. Matthews had one big play but to be fair he missed all of the preseason. Thank God for Shady and Tolbert ran well. This team is better than most give credit for.
  16. If you wish to revel in the numbers produced against a tanking football team that's your prerogative. Its great that they blasted out several 15-20 yd bursts on 2nd and 3rd downs, awesome. This game was a lot closer than it should have been. I for one don't look at this team as a sacrificial lamb. So many are looking for a 2-3 win season like its a given and get so much satisfaction from barely beating a 1-2 win team. I expect more and if you feel I'm delusional then that's ok.
  17. How many of those catches were for 1st downs?
