  1. You or anyone else doesn't know that. Yes there many teams that are QB needy but that doesn't mean they'll all take a project with their 1st pick. Rosen, Darnold, Allen, Mayfield, Jackson. None are a sure thing and all will not be picked in Rd 1. Rudolph can easily slide to 21 as well as Mayfield and Allen. Their best move is a FA vet like Cousins, Smith or Bradford and address the DT and LB position with 21 and 22. JMHO.
  2. Put down the pipe. Marrone never would have gotten 9 wins with this roster. Marrone and McVay inherited stacked rosters. Not saying neither is a good coach, just that they had a leg up thanks to Bradley and Fisher. McD proved IMO he did a better job with the hand he was dealt.
  3. Must suck for the Rams as they gave up a 2nd for a one year rental because you know darn well they will not tag a forth option receiver. I personally would welcome Sammy back. Imagine him and KB on the outside and Zay and DT inside. Cousins or Smith would put up some gaudy numbers.
  4. Right answer. I think their enamored with Rudolph and he should easily fall to them if they feel compelled to take a QB.
  5. If we had a true pocket passing, quick read QB able to run the offense the coaching staff wants to run the O line would not have to hold their blocks as long because the ball would already be out. I like Tyrod but he's a square peg in a round peg offense.
  6. My biggest concern right there. If you see a pick followed by a 3 and out and punt I'll lose my mind!!
  7. Money Talks! They may not have to over pay like in the past but they definitely have to pony up. Weather and NY taxes don't help their cause.
  8. This is awesome news! Good thing we have this outstanding O line to keep their good, not great vaunted D in check. ?
  9. They grab, they check, they tug! So does Tre for that matter. But if our WRs can get a step, go for it. Make them make a play.
  10. And converting them into points. A turnover followed by 3 and out would make me stab my eyes out.
  11. ^^^^^^^^^ BINGO!!!!!! I've been to 2 Bills games at Everbank. Very good Bills representation. Would rather give tickets to people with no fan allegiance than sell to Bills fans. Nice gesture with motive. Well played Shad.
  12. Shady at 100% would still have a tough go against this D. We need TT to ball out and sling it. Complete 3rd downs and keep the chains moving. Take chances deep! Jax DBs are very aggressive and hot headed. Go long and draw some PI's. Get in FG range, play field position. Force Bortles to beat you.
  13. Who can forget that Seahawks game last year in Seattle. http://www.nfl.com/gamecenter/2016110700/2016/REG9/bills@seahawks/videos/0ap3000000735901 Primetime.Hostile crowd, crooked refs, no Sammy. TT shined that game and gave us hope for that moment we found our QB. Not the outcome I wanted but his play that game is what we need Sunday. He has proven that if you let him loose he can sling it.
  14. I gotta tell you, that has to be one of the more intellectual articles I've read in some time. So why do I feel so stupid for reading it?
  15. For some reason I have a feeling McCoy's injury is not as severe as being made out to be. Decoy maybe to sway the Jags defensive focus? Wouldn't be surprised to hear a lot of us come Sunday saying, "Man, he's moving pretty well for a man with a ankle injury!" Shady goes for 150 yds from scrimmage with2 TD's. I hope.
  16. There is literally no one in that formation that will stretch the field. Their secondary is too good and opportunistic. Keeping everything in front of them is what they do best and that game plan would just play into their strength. It doesn't even give Tyrod a chance to run if everyone was covered deep.
  17. RECAP: I'd absolutely love the Bills if McCoy were 100 percent. The Jaguars have been overrated most of the year. Everyone was touting them during their three-game winning streak, which included "impressive" home wins against the Colts, Texans and a Seahawk team missing four of the five best players in their back seven. A Seahawk team that couldn't even beat Arizona at home in Week 17. Excluding that three-game home win streak, what have the Jaguars done in the second half of the season? They used their starters and couldn't even beat the Titans. They were blown out in San Francisco. They lost to the Blaine Gabbert-led Cardinals. They led the Browns just 10-7 in the fourth quarter. Jacksonville is not a good team. The Jaguars and Bills are even, as far as I'm concerned, and with McCoy on the field, I'd make Jacksonville only -3.5 at most. Perhaps even -3. Unfortunately, McCoy's injury complicates things. I still like the Bills though. This spread is too high for what should be a low-scoring grinder. Also, of the two quarterbacks, I trust Taylor more. Not only is Taylor more careful with the football, but he's also healthier. Bortles got hurt last week, and no one's talking about it. He was bad the entire game, but he was utterly awful after limping off the field at the end of the second quarter. I can't believe that he remained on the field in the second half. Seriously, how stupid is Marrone!? Can you guess whose website this Recap was from? Take a guess. Funny, I never really agreed with most of their stuff but this seems pretty spot on.
  18. Are you actually going to use that game as a reference? EJ imploding along with a horrible non call at the end won that game. Not Bortles.
  19. I don’t see our coaches doing anything different. They’ve been conservative all year and it’s gotten them in the playoffs. Why would they change? They will nurse a 6 point lead in the 4th if we’re winning. I can only take solace in knowing that Bortles isn’t the type of QB to lead a comeback effort.
  20. Ramsey is a big trash talker that likes to get under a players skin. Talented no doubt. As awful as Bortles is on occasion he did play decent last time we played and ran for over 80 freaking yards. That can not happen again.
  21. This is what I see. Record: (9-7) Division: (3-3) vs AFC: (7-5) vs NFC: (2-2) Home: (6-2) Road: (3-5) Place: 2nd Team Rankings: Through Week 16 Total Offense: 29th Passing: 32nd Rushing: 6th Total Defense: 25th Passing: 18th Rushing: 30th Nuff said! I'm sooooo happy with making the playoffs but this has to be one of the worse teams (statistically) to ever make a post season. Maybe even more so than the division winning Seahawks a few years back at 7-9. Remember BeastQuake! Don't care though. We are in and everyone is 0-0 at this point. If we progress, fantastic! If not, we have laid the ground work for a bright future with a promising coach and front office and a boatload of picks.
