Tasker & Brown don't know the cap rules
thenorthremembers replied to Albany,n.y.'s topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
If you listened to every podcast, radio show, and TV show about football you'd see that a lot of these guys dont know as much as they pretend to. If you spent enough time with any of us at work, you'd probably see the same thing. -
Feliciano's Presser and tip to the Offense
thenorthremembers replied to foreboding's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It was the lack of weight in Spain's head that got him cut. -
Totally agree with this. Ive worked with the same company for 11 years, and there is no way I would take the full 8 weeks and then leave. I know its not a popular opinion these days, but like it or not that company has helped you lay the foundation of having a family. Rather than taking a tactical approach try and consider what the right way to do things is.

2022 HOF First Time Eligibles
thenorthremembers replied to Buffalo03's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Are we seriously considering Tony Romo a HOFer? If he gets in you better open the doors to guys like McNabb, Carson Palmer, Joe Flacco, Kerry Collins, Matthew Stafford, and Andy Dalton. Sound crazy? They've all had similar careers to ole Tony. A couple of them even won Super Bowls. I know he is on TV alot and is a former Cowboy, but he was just good he was never great. Had he played more than 12 years he may even of had to take the Dalton or Flacco route as he would have ended up Daks backup. -
It's Time to Mandate Vaccines
thenorthremembers replied to The Frankish Reich's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Agreed. I feel like I am a generally logical person. I see all this guilt and fear being spread and I dont understand it when I am watching people who have the vaccine still testing positive. I am not antivax, I am just pro common sense and it appears that is way out the window right now in favor of fear mongering. Also, Crangis McBasketball. -
It's Time to Mandate Vaccines
thenorthremembers replied to The Frankish Reich's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
The vaccines were all developed using Fetal Cell Lines descended from aborted fetus. Not sure which religion condones ripping children from a womb? But outside of voodoo I dont know many. The religious exemption is not about not wanting to get a vaccine, its about morality and its a real thing not a ploy. Religion, to many, isnt just a casual thing. As far as the vaccine goes please explain this to me, and Im not being sarcastic, I truly want to understand your view. Ive never had Covid, or never been symptomatic, which most likely means I have the antibodies because the idea that Ive never been exposed to this point is almost impossible. But yes, I can spread it. Or I can get the vaccine, still get Covid, become symptomatic, or stay asymptomatic and still spread the disease as we are already seeing proof of. Oh and I may also suffer the side effects of the drug. So whats the benefit? -

My Mom ended up with his furniture. Ugly as hell but a good conversation piece.

I dont know what the Giants are doing with Gettleman and Judge. Just another complete waste of time ala the Ben McAdoo, and Pat Shurmur hires. They are something like 29-51 since Coughlin was let go in 2015. They are without question one of the worst run organizations in the league, and it's not going to get any better until they clean house including the guy they are running out at QB.

Olympic high jumpers both get gold medal
thenorthremembers replied to Steve O's topic in Off the Wall
Wrong, I dont watch it because of the overall attitude of the participants. The topic which I am discussing currently is just a further example of why I don't pay it any mind. Not to mention that beyond maybe 4-5 events its a gigantic waste of time. -

Around the League Training Camp Thread
thenorthremembers replied to Buffalo Boy's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Agreed. They had years to develop everything about that team. If you go back and look at year 4 and 5 of Reid in KC, Id say the Bills are the ones ahead of schedule. -
Anything you look back on fondly that hasn’t aged well?
thenorthremembers replied to Another Fan's topic in Off the Wall
Disagree to a point, Nirvana albums In Utero and Unplugged in NY still sound great to me, both are classics. In the context of straight ahead rock maybe they sound outdated but they are more artsy than that. Agree on the Alice thing. Still stands up. Thats the problem with being full of crap. Sometimes it surfaces. -

This coming from a guy who has the name DolFan. I'll believe it when I see it on the field with Tua. Nate Peterman had great camps and preseasons too. Too small, too weak armed, too slow, too injury prone. -
Rough Day in Music....Joey Jordison Passes Away at 46

Really sad news. Think he was a part of the best Slipknot lineup. Rest Easy. -
Id say its less about him being a nerd and more about her being a ho.
