  1. QB's use colors and numbers for a cadence to audible (the game has evolved so much that they just have names for plays now). They'll use it for when to snap the ball etc. For example: In the huddle Josh might say, "We're going to snap on blue and get them to jump" and use his normal "white 20" count to try and draw the other team offside. The center wont snap until he says "blue 20 set hut" In the past, maybe they had a run play called and they use the color "orange" for opposite. But again, the game has evolved so much that Josh would just yell "Hey gold whip, gold whip" and hes changing the play at the line.
  2. This is the third comment on this. Did people really not know he said "white 20 set" or "white 20 set hut" ? Every QB uses color number, color number prior to the snap. Unless it's an audible and they say Omaha Set (which omaha means, "snap on next sound")
  3. Yeah, I mean it would be enormous to get a win vs. KC this week. Moves us to 4-1 and them to 2-3. We still have Pats twice, Jets twice, Falcons, Jags on our schedule. It would a lot of making up for the Chiefs to catch us. The Titans game should be very winnable. They did have quite a few players out yesterday but their defense is full of holes.
  4. And we were a better defense 2 years ago with him playing as well.
  5. Tenn has a relatively weak defense. We should be able to put up a ton of points on them
  6. I think in game one, you could make the a case he did force a LOT down field.
  7. Yeah, i'd imagine rushing is somewhere between 450-550 and passing yards between 4450 and 4600. TD's from 37-45 ish
  8. Right right, however, if we're blowing teams out... it will be because of him and his numbers.
  9. I know the chatter has calmed down after his dominant performance last week, however, something I found interesting is the following: If you take his current stats and average them over 17 games, his numbers will look like this: ~4500 passing yards, 40 TDs, 6 INTs ~500 rushing yards, 6 TDs. I think it's safe to assume he's going to have more passing yards than 4500 because of how low his first two games really were and I genuinely think they were an anomaly. If his numbers end up being similar to this (this is similar to last year) with an extra game.... I think I'd call it a success.
  10. White on White with the standing Buffalo
  11. In what world is 51 pass attempts and 25 run attempts a 50/50 split? Wouldn't a 50/50 splits be 25 runs and 25 passes? or am I missing something.
  12. This has to be a joke
  13. 15 snaps.. 26% which was the lowest of all that played. Epenesa was 19 snaps.
  14. Am I the only one that listens to the opposing teams sports talk the week the Bills play them?
  15. Low Risk.. High reward. 24 years old, 65 catches, undrafted and still developing...... not a bad prospect to get a look at in person
  16. If they were vaccinated, they would not have been sent home... per the NFL rules. It makes noooo sense.
  17. Which makes no sense because clearly, the guy who has COVID .. is vaccinated. Rules are rules though .
  18. Where does any of this make sense? I just can't wrap my head around it. Cole is around a vaccinated staff member that was positive. Cole tests negative. Must sit out 5 days because he isn't vaccinated but if he was he could continue to practice....... even though the staff person he was around..... was vaccinated with covid. Make it make sense.
  19. But he's n I can think of worse news to wake up to.
  20. This is where I'm struggling. Admittedly, I haven't seen Kumerow in practice so I can't say either way. What I will say is.. if they keep Kumerow over Jones, he will be WAY more impactful than Roberts was on offense. He's better in almost every facet of being a WR. I'm struggling because Kumerow is 29. Do we want him taking potential snaps(or a roster spot) from Stevenson/ Hodgins if they are of equal ability? I don't think either will last on practice squad (Stevenson definitely wouldn't). If Kumerow making the team doesn't affect that.... why not?
  21. I mean..... he literally did that about 30-40 times last year......
  22. He ran a 4.45 coming out of college and the way he works and training he’s since been provided, I’d imagine he’s faster. He can win on deep balls.
