  1. Agree with this. Player for player, even without Tre, we are the more talented team. The issue we currently have, outside health, is that the Pats know exactly who they are.. Whereas we seem to still be searching for an identity.
  2. Can we wait to see how they look with Brown back, or do we need to judge our OL missing it’s starting LG and RT? Feliciano is a slight upgrade, but Brown is massive in what he does for two positions. HC - Pats QB - Bills OL - Pats RB - Even TE - Even WR - Bills DL - Even LB - Bills CB - Pats S - Bills ST - Even
  3. Chiefs... Still think they are the team to beat to get to the Super Bowl. They aren't as good as they've been, but nobody else has really stepped up to take that crown. We can, but haven't... yet. Colts/Titans (with Henry) are teams I'd rather avoid, but I think this staff/team is too good to get beat by them twice in the same season.
  4. Really did go well yesterday, imo. Pats/Titans was win-win or lose-lose however you viewed it. We still play the Pats twice and the Titans loss brings them back to the pack with 4 losses... only the Ravens have 3, but they aren't exactly a juggernaut and have one of the toughest schedules in football to finish the season. Browns, Chargers, Steelers and Colts all fall further back in the WC discussion with their losses.
  5. It's definitely a mixed bag when comparing the teams, especially with Tre out for the season. On Offense, I think we have the 3 best players on the field... Allen, Diggs and Knox. However, they have an identity on Offense with a strong OL, solid running game and Mac Jones hitting his WR's and TE's in the short to intermediate range with the very occasional deep shot. I have no idea what our identity is on Offense.. It basically amounts to "We have an elite QB and you can't cover Diggs, Knox and our deep WR group". Except teams can when our beat up OL is struggling and/or they pin their ears back unbothered by any semblance of a run game/screen game. We hopefully get Brown back, and maybe even Feliciano, so perhaps we finally see what this Offense can be starting Monday Night and then into the Playoffs. On Defense, we'll see what we are without Tre... I think it's still a Top 10 caliber Defense, but we will definitely miss him. The Pats Defense is definitely very good, and they have a guy we wish we had in Judon. Maybe Oliver is turning into that, but Judon is definitely the most disruptive defensive player on the field - and without Tre, I think they may have the two biggest playmakers on Defense in Judon & Jackson. We are still strong at Safety, Linebacker and Slot, but this DL is the group that needs to turn "pressure" into actual negative plays to offset the loss of White.
  6. Such a great point. That Titans team the Pats played yesterday likely gets destroyed by us as well. Instead, we get them at full health and lose a game in the final seconds. On the flipside, @New Orleans should have been a tricky game, until we ended up facing their mash unit on Offense.
  7. It's an assumption, sure, but Feliciano and Brown both "should" be back for this game. As long as we get Brown back, that's really all that matters.
  8. We get our OL healthy for the first time in what seems to be forever. I'm looking forward to seeing what this Offense looks like with full health (hopefully Beasley is healed up as well after this mini-bye). On Offense, they need to show what they can do, and start doing that -consistently- on MNF. I know the Pats will be good. I don't know that their ceiling is much higher than very good... but I know they are consistently good. We have elite ability, but are all over the map game to game, series to series. My biggest worry is honestly Dawkins vs Judon. Dion has got to step up and start being the dude we paid. On Defense, hopefully we get Star back.. if not, make sure our big bodies are active for their running game and force Mac Jones to throw into flooded zones.
  9. That was not a "bad weather" game... cold, with some flurries? I would take that 10/10 compared to the nonsense wind gust/rain games we seem to play every week at home lately.
  10. Ravens as the current 1 seed is wild. Steelers Browns Packers Bengals Rams Steelers They either start playing like an actual good team or they will get exposed. They’ve been incredibly lucky to get to 8-3, there’s no way that luck continues through that schedule.
  11. Eh… I don’t know that I agree that our pass rush is a weakness. We get pressure, but not the corresponding sacks you would think. That needs to change. Also, when healthy, I think our OL has the potential to be a solid unit. Just look at our offensive numbers with Brown at RT.
  12. He also has a bunch of good TE’s, Landry, Chubb and Hunt. Sorry for the whole “not being loaded everywhere”, Baker.
  13. Depends if you’re thinking Bills 1 seed, or want teams to start falling from the Playoff pack.
  14. I award Jadaveon Clowney the “Mario Addison, ahh so close” award.
  15. Browns have a bye week coming up, and then play… the Ravens? Alright.
  16. Chargers, Browns and Steelers fading hard. Their schedules are bonkers too. Colts without much wiggle room at 6-6, even though they are legit a good team.
  17. Lamar/Ravens are must see tv… He is bipolar terrible and elite in the same game, all the time, and they refuse to not play in down to the wire close games.
  18. It’s not just here, that’s somewhat of a National narrative too.. His numbers are good, but his only real moment was KC, in a game that ended at like 4 am. He needs to dominate on MNF and the narrative will become Josh Allen is the MVP.
  19. Thank goodness Allen didn’t play today.. Not a good one for the young guns. Herbert continued his dumpster fire string of games earlier today as well. Only Burrow seems to have come out unscathed.
  20. Lamar makes no sense. He can be so bad, and then so good, all in the same game.
  21. Rousseau was the Josh Allen of pass rushers in this past draft. Just like Edmunds was that of linebackers. I hated the Basham pick, but I’m going to give the Rousseau pick time before I freak out because Oweh made a clean-up pursuit play that some are criticizing Rousseau of being the benefactor of in college.
  22. Drew Lock should be cut at halftime for allowing LAC back in the game.
