Chiefs v Broncos (Eagles v Cowboys page 23)
SCBills replied to ColoradoBills's topic in The Stadium Wall
So far Jeudy just misses a potential TD and Denver drops a pick. Fun start. -
Interesting way to describe Josh Allen - High floor - High Ceiling

Rodgers at 1 and then Mahomes or Allen at 2/3. Probably have to give Mahomes the edge with his early career accolades. Allen can certainly change that this postseason. Burrow, Herbert and Brady in the next level at 4, 5 and 6. Then a steep drop off to the next group. -

Oh, I’d agree for the most part. However, in relation to the stupid low ranking (7) of Allen in this thread, the abundance of bad weather games is likely the main culprit. -
Interesting way to describe Josh Allen - High floor - High Ceiling

He has the ability to, but needs to play better in weather. Our horrific slate of bad weather home games this year have distorted some people’s view of him. Especially those that just go by numbers absent context. He’s absolutely Top 5, (Top 3 IMO) even with the meh weather games, but it’s time for him to take over one of these games from start to finish when everyone else is struggling with the elements. -
Video analysis: How the Falcons shut down Dawson Knox
SCBills replied to HOUSE's topic in The Stadium Wall
TE’s and Pass Rushers are an interesting dilemma. Unless you’re drafting a Hockenson, Pitts or Bosa brother, you typically need to develop these guys. Then by Year 3/4 you start seeing them flourish (if they have it in them). Unfortunately, that’s also when you need to think about paying them. -

You do know there are other Tight Ends not named Kelce and Kittle, correct? Those guys have much more experience than Knox, so when you think breakout star, look at other TE’s around the same age. Knox is in that next group to become the next wave of star Tight Ends. Outside of Mark Andrews, Knox is arguably one of the next top TE’s. -
Ones viewpoint shifts when they view this as a human rights issue. I am forever grateful to Rodgers, Kyrie, Novak etc., for standing up and taking fire from every powerful institution in this world. My little bro is a PT. Wife, two young kids. Has already had covid twice. Forced vaxxed under the CMS mandate. A week later in the hospital with tachycardia. Hasn’t been the same since. I will never forgive those that did this to him.

Panthers Willing to Listen to Offers for McCaffrey
SCBills replied to aristocrat's topic in The Stadium Wall
I’m inclined to immediately say no to this, but the Bills do seem to have a really strong strength & conditioning / player-care set up. Still more than likely against this, or Barkley for that matter, but I could see it working here. -
Daniel Jones is someone who, almost every time I watch him, I come away thinking that I have no clue if he’s good or not. Can’t say he’s good. Also can’t say he’s not good. He has talent, and some above average skills, but also makes horrible decisions and has been stuck running a terribly constructed offense.

Yea, journalists/media orgs have such a good track record these days when it comes to keeping their personal bias separate from their work.. Nobody who enjoys The Athletic should be concerned.
-
Quite the “I have a big brain” post by you here. Fans frustrated a politically slanted journalistic organization bought out a publication they enjoy, therefore hoping they keep politics out of it is not injecting politics.
-
The fanbase is also spread out.. Yea, Bills Mafia from WNY travels well, but the reason we take over stadiums (especially in the SE) is because so many former New Yorkers now live down here. I mean, Bills fans literally took over a joint practice between the Bills & Panthers in Spartanburg, SC. This year, specifically, I'd typically fly up for a game with some people but I'm not vaxxed, so I've stuck to the more local away games.

Good. Hand if off instead of throwing to AJ Brown.

Week 18: Jets at Bills - a W wins the AFC East!
SCBills replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall
In the Playoffs, certain high profile games and in the Red Zone - I am completely fine running Josh Allen year in/year out. What I hope we fix for next year, and moving forward, would be the need to run him 10-15 times against teams like Atlanta in the regular season. -
What a shot… walking down the hallway with his family. Wow.
-
Would Wyatt Teller even be that good for us? This OL looks like a dumpster fire in pass pro.
-
Didn’t Allen play with a shoulder issue and harness for about 4 games last year? Is Bakers worse?
-
Baker is a hobbit, confirmed
-
It’s actually so bad that I’m interested.

The ol’ “Josh Allen no flag no free play” play.
-
Yea, I doubt it's serious.
-
Yup. Not in the pocket, per se, but Burrow almost busted up his leg (may have given himself a nagging leg injury heading into the playoffs) all off a simple QB sneak.
