This is what I've been saying for years now. The longer we wait, the more we're going to have to pay & likely get less in return. New stadium costs are going up year to year... hell, the Colts got a new domed venue for only about twice as much as we spent on renovations. That's why renovating again would be a huge waste imo. If we had bit the bullet years ago, it wouldn't be a billion+ dollars, but now.... Building in NY state was always going to be quite a bit more expensive than somewhere like Texas. If we wait for years down the line, it'll get even worse. Hopefully something gets figured out soon.

He won't, but they hired the companies he owns to build a new stadium, not relocate. If they can't come to an agreement to build a new stadium, relocation isn't controlled by Jerry Jones. He also doesn't control the entire NFL, despite what he may think. He has influence, but when the policy makers in Austin get a choice to pursue an NFL team, pretty sure that'll supersede anything Jones' influence. Texas is the 2nd largest state in the country. It can easily support more than 2 teams, Jones can cry about it. But again, I don't think the Bills will be that team. At least I hope not.

Well, I've met a lot of people in Austin that think the city deserves an NFL team, and with it being the state capital where a ton of the money runs through (and the politicians scheming about...) I can see them eventually getting a team. The Austin metro area has around 2.1 million people & was named the fastest growing metroplex in the US this year (plus it's only a little over an hour from San Antonio, another city that wanted a team before), so it was only a matter of time before they started campaigning for a franchise. But I really never thought the Bills would ever be up for consideration... That's going to be annoying, especially once the people there catch wind & start getting their hopes up. I already had 2 friends text me about it, which is why I'm here in the first place. Really hope the Pegulas don't seriously consider this. Hoping it's just the firm representing the ownership throwing it out there for negotiation purposes.

What the hell? Sam Darnold is STILL in the league?!?! I'm genuinely shocked... I thought he was concussed out of existence years ago. Jackson being 2 points higher than Allen is dumb, but I can at least understand the others. At least he's higher than Dak though... That was also 2 years ago, so not sure it's fair to assume he hasn't grown or matured in any way since then. They both have high ceilings, but I think Josh is in a better position to improve at the moment. This will actually be Mayfield's first season with any continuity carrying over from the previous year, so I'd expect him to look improved as well. I'd be surprised if it remains that way through the entire season. We can all speculate, but private companies are already beginning to start back up with masking, testing, vaccination requirements, etc. All it'll take is an outbreak among players that results in a game cancellation (or several), and I'd expect they'll implement some restrictions again.

Same conference with Dan Marino, John Elway & even Joe Montana at one point? I wouldn't really call it weak, just some bad matchups & poor execution/coaching on game day (we often beat those very same teams during the regular season, so it's not like they couldn't do it).

I genuinely haven't heard many in the media say that. Most give a ton of credit to Allen & Diggs, saying how the both elevated each other's games or how they were the perfect pairing. Ravens fans may claim that, but people always homer for their team. I can't even remember the amount of times people used to claim the same thing with Tyrod on these boards... People can deny it now, but the excuse "he just needs a better line/WR's/offensive coordinator/HC/etc." came up allllll the time. Go back further, same things were said on the BBMB regarding Trent Edwards or JP Losman. Those guys never played as well as Lamar has, but it's just easier to blame ANYTHING ELSE over the guy you want to be the franchise QB.

The only show I liked on Apple+ was Servant. Maybe I'll check out Ted Lasso now too. If it was cheaper than DirecTV, and there wasn't huge streaming quality issues (which sometimes I face on DirecTV), I'd be all for it.

No bail is definitely weird. I work at a jail in Texas (just got off shift), and I see bail for allllllll ranges of crimes, misdemeanors and felonies. Domestic Assaults usually start at $1,000 & a Class A misdemeanor, though I have no idea how Washington ranks their charges or what constitutes a felony. Still, you see people come in for child porn get $20,000 - $70,000 bonds set for them, murderers get $150,000 - $500,000 bonds set for them, so why did he get denied ANY amount whatsoever? I'm fine with him being arrested & sitting in jail until he's fully processed, but why he wasn't given a chance to bond out is very strange.

That's weak... More like 3 positive returns on the Diggs trade, or 3 things that worked out well enough for the Vikings, but 3 reasons they "won" the trade? Clearing up cap space doesn't mean you beat out the Bills in the trade... Getting a solid replacement WR doesn't mean you beat the production the Bills got out of Diggs, getting rid of someone who doesn't want to be there doesn't mean the Bills lost the trade by getting someone who DOES want to be in Buffalo...

Considering that D-line had 3 x Pro Bowlers & top 100 NFL players, I highly doubt it. That line dominated to the point QB's like Rodgers & Manning (the better one) looked pedestrian. So much pressure, all the sacks, tackles for loss, etc. made a top 3 defense just amazing to watch. And after seeing last year's production without Star, claiming he will have no impact is pretty ridiculous. It was clear that his presence was missed.
