Yeah I saw a lot of people saying our D-line sucked vs WFT because we didn't get a lot of sacks. What I saw was a lot of deep fast dropbacks from their QB with quick throws specifically to avoid getting sacked after seeing us taking down Miami QBs 6 times. Being down their starting QB, they couldn't afford to even give up pressures even if their offense was weaker as a result. So my takeaway from these stats is week 1 continues to be a big fat liar, and anyone can be made to look better or worse through stats if you ignore context.

They still haven't updated his stats on the website poll. Get some last minute votes in so he doesn't get screwed by casual fans voting by stats and seeing only 3 TDs. He's winning the (accurately statted) Twitter poll by a fair margin though.

Twitter idiots are still convinced TB has an elite defense. Weirdly, all we heard before the WFT game was how good their defense was (same for Miami), but suddenly the game doesn't count because their D sucks and the same logic doesn't apply to TB somehow. Both Stafford and Herbert getting votes for beating an elite team regardless of the poll being about performances against specifically the defenses.

He picked them as the "upset alert", not necessarily to win. He did pick them to beat the spread though. Picked Miami to straight up win.

Oh ok, fair enough. Aside from Nick though, the past couple weeks have played out like... Before Miami- "Miami has a top D, will upset/beat Buffalo". After Miami- "Doesn't count, Miami sucks". Before WFT- "WFT has a top D, Allen will continue to regress". After WFT- "Doesn't count, WFT sucks". So you KNOW the Houston game is also going to "not count" aside from "pfft, Allen/the Bills suck, they only won by 30 points" type nonsense.

There is a typo in his stats only crediting him for 3 passing TDs, he could lose votes for that. Maybe it was intentional...

I believe it was just ruled a muffed punt. Logically, it should be ruled a dead/downed ball like when a pass hits a ref in the head, they are considered part of the field.

I guess it's like a 100k mile car that was poorly maintained and basically run into the ground, vs 150k+ mile car that was well maintained and taken care of. As for the stadium/weather, it's about wind for me. I can take the cold. I love snow games as well. But the wind? **** that **** eight days a week. I could layer up to the point I look like I've put on 100 pounds, and the wind finds a way to cut through it and makes for a miserable viewing experience. As for amenities, less cramped concourses, and more concession lines and bathroom stalls to cut down on having to decide which quarter of the game I have to miss just to buy an overpriced hot dog or go pee.

Well he torched WFT WITH pressure yesterday. Something to the tune of 2 passing 1 rushing/scrambling TDs and 100+ yards and high completion %.
