  1. I agree that penalties should be reviewable, but as we saw in the fumble "confirmation," the replay official doesn't always get it right either.
  2. [vague title]
  3. What does Cam Newton do for laughs? He watches KB's 2018 "highlight" reel.
  4. Could've been the unnecessary roughness call too.
  5. Give the man his due; he called it.
  6. A couple of times, Romo was saying what play the Bills should run, and that turned out to be the exact call. I was wondering if Daboll was listening to the broadcast. ?
  7. He's probably on the "Off the Wall" board looking for a good divorce lawyer.
  8. Well said. Funny - that play was the antitheses of a certain play by the guy in your user name.
  9. Josh Allen hurdling over a defender to get the first down.
  10. I didn't even notice the shoes. Must've been distracted by something else...
  11. I wasn't offended by Jordan Matthews' remark - in fact, I thought it was pretty funny. For the record, I don't care what people say about where I'm from or where I live now.
  12. No mention of there being "nothing else to do..." ?
  13. Hitting on one draft pick doesn't prove anything. For all we know, they could have graded the top four equally and simply tossed darts at a board to figure out which one to pick. And although Mayfield looked good, he's played one half of one game. Let's not size him (or Allen) up for a gold sport coat just yet.
  14. If Hue can manage to pull off a winning season this year, he could be retained. How could they justify keeping him after going 1-31 and then firing him after he turns the ship around? A winning season may still be a long shot for the Browns, but if they can at least make significant progress and not embarrass themselves on the field, I think they'd have to give him another year.
  15. They were down 14-0 when Tyrod left the game. They won with Baker. If Tyrod starts again (barring an injury to Baker), Browns fans will tear the stadium down. I think they're in the same situation as the Bills. The vet can't produce, so they might as well give the rookie some experience.
  16. Concussion or not, I think they would have made the switch at halftime.
  17. Hue would have done less damage. He wouldn't have dismantled the defense, and he'd have been fired after two years like Rex.
  18. My heart says "Yes" but my brain says "C'mon, Man." ?
  19. Most teams stay in a hotel the night before home games too. I think it's part of a routine.
  20. I agree. He's the best analyst I've heard in a long time. Pair him up with Al Michaels in his prime, and you'd have the best announcing combo the NFL has ever had.
  21. His wife was hoping for a touchdown with a 2-point conversion, but she had to settle for a field goal.
  22. That could be interpreted as a shot at Buffalo or a shot at his wife, but I don't think it was intended as either. On a side note, isn't birth control covered by the NFLPA's insurance plan???
  23. Why would CBS send their A-Team to cover a game that's not likely to be competitive?
