He's had Watson throwing to him. He's going to be excellent w/ Allen throwing to him and in this offense.
This is great news. Our offense will be very different now, imo. This opens things up for the other guys as well.
It's a tough situation right now. I mean, even that last one was veering hard right - it looked like it would have missed if we were even 5-10 yards further out.
Confidence is everything w/ kickers, and Bass doesn't seem to have much of that right now.
There are some good options out there at WR. Diontae Johnson isn't talked about much but he'd be good here. Cooper would be a nice addition also.
I don't see how we can ride w/ Bass all season. His confidence seems to be gone. I feel bad for him, but also have no confidence for any kick at this point, even PAT's.
We probably couldn't have matched that - a pick that might be a 2nd, and the Jets have to take on the salary.
Oh, well. On to some of the other guys out there - Cooper, Pickens, Johnson. Any one of them would help us out a lot.
I kept thinking of Levy's "don't play dirty, don't play dumb."
The refs were awful - but the team as a whole needs to be more disciplined. You can play w/ emotion & still be smart.
I'm so glad I don't have to think about some of those calls all week.
We overcame a lot to get the W tonight. That team played hard & they were scrappy all night. Great effort.
We're so deep at RB.
Davis really made a case for a lot more playing time tonight. He hits the holes so fast, and he has a really good ability to make something out of nothing. Really loved what he did tonight.
I just think he throws it better than anyone in the wind - whether WR's are getting separation or not. He has the strongest arm out there in these conditions, imo.
I think we'll get to Rodgers tonight. I see Rousseau having a big game.
