In the grand scheme of things, they are in great shape......injuries are 100% going to happen. When you look at who and the significance of most of them they are quite healthy. Having said that, CB2 is an issue.......but what teams dont have something going on?

No, you can put two guys on IR on the day you cut to 53 and they can be deemed eligible to come back, you have to make that distinction when you put them on IR. They did this to get rid of the circumventing that was happening with release and resign deals....

I agree looking at Spotrac I ruled that out but they were speculating there might be some special circumstances due to the suspension. Regardless, it is not a good idea to just keep a guy if he is washed because it looks bad on the books. In some ways I would give Beane credit for a move like that, many GM's just keep hoping. Beane is not immune from that...

Speculation is ogunjobi might not make it on Wgr. I guess that makes some sense depending on if there are special terms regarding his suspension.

You seem to think the the fact he was in the Bills backyard as a reason the Bills had some kind of scouting advantage is not that significant IMO with the resources NFL teams have, every team tries to turn over every stone. The Bills sign more UB players as UDFA's than other teams and it is possible they tried to sign Dolac but he thought he had a better shot elsewhere? The Bills brought back all their backers from last year, not saying there were set but it would be easy to judge their might be a better opportunity elsewhere. The guy was undrafted and to date has not done anything in the league yet. Maybe he will work out for the Rams but it feels like you are jumping to conlclusions.

I don't know what their plan is, maybe they plan to keep 5 with Carter inactive and Phillips will fill in until Ogunjobi is back.

Its also not exactly 53 (OK it is 53 on the active) because a couple guys will end up on IR (ability to return), so you will have more like 55 or 56 in the mix. Plus there are guys on IR now that will likely end up with injury settlements. All of those add to the cap as well as the PS. Curious to see if he is able to deal anyone. The new IR rules greatly reduced the wink wink nod nod deals last year.

I have not watched but Marino says Carter is not worth a roster spot but he thinks he will make it. Wonder if the bills are ready to make that move. Or jones like people are saying, looks like a cap savings to be had.

Moore is very reasonable as a trade candidate. Bills take 750K dead cap and the new team gets him for 1.75M. I can easily see that happening. There may be a way to modify Samuel's deal to do a cost sharing thing...those are the two candidates......reality is Moore is easier to trade.

Most people really know what they are looking at. It is a team effort so yes individuals can win or lose but if you teammates don’t do what they are supposed to it can make it appear you are not doing the right thing.

Well Allen does not make many other players elite. People always assume when they sign a guy like Samuel, "oh wait til you see the production now that Allen is the QB". Allen is elite, Diggs is elite. The reality is a WR needs a QB to reveal his true skills. I know he is a Patriot now but Allen does not get all the credit for what Diggs did here, it was amazing.
