  1. But to be fair lets look at the body of work, rather than 1 quarter.
  2. I guess it was ok, it was an example of his arm strength but it was out of structure and I am not sure he really read it right and at the right time. I really want to see him make plays within the plan of the play. Obviously you take any big play but this was the issue we had with Tyrod, he could not play in rhythm. The one he did complete to Benjamin was within structure, he threw a nice ball wiht anticipation that was not wide open, he gave his guy a chance to make a play. I need to see it again I guess but I thought maybe that could have been even a bigger play.
  3. He only had 7 in-completions but for me I see him not processing what he sees and not being accurate in his time this year. While he did not have a lot of in-completions he also had like 80 yards passing total again so whatever he is doing its not working. The last pass was also not accurate which we could attribute to his injury but it also did not look much different from what we have seen this year. The pass he was injured on was the only quality pass I remember today, Most everything else was close to the LOS
  4. That is it huh, 1 or 2? I dont think anyone would argue the first play of the game was really bad. After that there was maybe one more inaccurate pass but also maybe no others that were inaccurate? Come on
  5. I am sure there are some but I dont think there are many in the anti-Allen crowd. I do see a lot of people commenting on what they see which is fair if you ask me.
  6. He was? What did we really see, practice? Peterman was fantastic in practice but we know what that means in real life. I think it is dangerous to make a lot of conclusions based on things that fans see in practice. He did play real games including a playoff game and held his own. I think the regime saw an opportunity to get "draft capital" and refused to turn it down. For as terrible as he was, someone wanted him. Any guesss on how many teams will go after Peterman when he gets waived?
  7. Definitely not showing alot right now. Definitely a lesson that arm strength means nothing in and of itself....like more qualities it takes to be a great QB. You need a whole bunch of skills, not one or two. Right now he is who we got so the way I see it, give him every opportunity to learn and grow. If he busts out, get another one and take another swing. Dont stop til you get a great QB
  8. Peterman throws in rhythm to the outside no matter what the defense is doing. The Texans set his dumb ass up
  9. He will improve Allen’s processing and accuracy issues.
  10. What happened on that first pass? Not sure how you miss that bad from so close.
  11. Does that dude know what a smart phone is? haha
  12. I think Schmidt was around the middle statistically too. Doesn't this guy have a chance to improve given he is a rookie? Plus he is a lefty which makes it harder for guys to catch according to urban legend.
  13. I assume that means the Dolphins just became shark food.
  14. Was he league MVP and did he play in a a SB? I sort of agree with you but a mentor does not make a player great, he helps him become what he is capable of becoming.
  15. no guarantee buffalo recovers in the end zone there....even with a fumble, it could have ended in a safety. There were so many critical plays in that game that all seemed to go the Giants way. For me the inability of the Bills D to get off the field on third down is what I remember most. I would think the Dolphins
  16. something tells me similar "drama" happens every day in NFL locker rooms, just maybe not via insta-twitter bombs.
  17. Today Leon seals would have been permanently banned and hostettler would not have been able to return.
  18. You have to be unpredictable, it's fine. The defense is doing great. Here is BJ Raji in pass coverage.
  19. Did they forget to supersize her order?
  20. Not surprised. Vrabel is a hard ass. Anyone remember when he was in hard knocks? Do you know what a !@#$ing ram is????? When I say ram you !@#$ing ram!!!!!!!!!
  21. Does scoring high on a wonderlic really have anything to do with reading/reacting after the snap of a football? The wonderlic is timed and you have no knowledge of the questions ahead of time. I get it, he has the intelligence to understand defenses but the visual/spatial processing that must occur in milliseconds is not something that is demonstrated on a wonderlic test. I mean, if he scored at the bottom that would be one thing but anyone in the top 25% can understand and read defenses, probably even a bigger percentage. Making conclusions about the ability to be a good NFL Qb based on a score of 34 vs 37 is useless. Not true, Sure picking a guy with a 100 rating vs a guy with a 95 rating may not be clear in absolute rankings. But when a guy has a 60 rating, he is no good and the offense sucks 100% of the time. The guy can improve, especially if he is young but you can be assure an offense with a QB who has a rating of 60 is not something you want ever.
  22. WR is a deficiiency but its not as bad as people are saying. At one point the Bills had good wideouts yet fans still found problems with them. Woods(A blocker with a WR number), Hogan(just alacrosse player who would not make it on other teams), Watkins (Cant be healthy) and Goodwin (glass doll) were all together. This is how I see it A good QB can make WR's Good WR's can not make a QB Always fix the QB problem first, always. You have to start with QB. And while it is still too early to tell with Allen, the number one problem with the Bills offense right now is QB, not WR, not OL, not TE. The general lack of talent on offense is part of the problem too but the great QB's find ways to make the WR's available to them work.
  23. So ball placement was ideal there?
